Horrible customer service I ordered inserts for my sons basketball shoes, we received two left shoe inserts in the package so they are completely unusable. Multiple attempt to contact for a return / refund have yielded no results and no response from the company.

Unfortunately, I can only give one star. I ordered a pair for my son and felt they were firm and didn't fit the cleat. Never used. New in the box. I wanted to return them. I emailed NXT many times, called NXT, left voicemails and finally sent a message through the website. After approximately 15 times attempting to contact the company for three months, I guess the no response means no return? It certainly means poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM NXTMILE unless you absolutely know they will fit you.

My now 12 year old son was complaining about sore feet over a year ago because of thin padding in soccer cleats, especially on hard ground in winter or turf fields. Friend told me about NxtMile, gave a pair a try and my son loved them, No more pain. He will never go back to stock inserts. He is on his third set as he moves up in shoe size and I am ordering another set as he is growing out of his present size.

My son has been wearing the orthotics for 4 years (as we have grown with new sizes of course). He loves them. Has helped us grow through Severs Disease.

My son started having heel pain due to growing pains. Playing soccer became difficult. We tried everything the doctor recommended. I came across NxtMile inserts and we tried them. He can finally play his sports and not deal with side lining pain anymore. We love these inserts! Thank you NxtMile.

I have ordered twice from NxtMile and have never had any issues. Any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner. I will continue to purchase insoles from NxtMile because they do provide complete pain relief for my child who suffered from heel pain. It used to break my heart watching her limp in pain while playing competitive basketball and had tried other insoles without any relief from pain. As soon as these insoles went into her shoes she was pain free and remains that way for over a year now! The company and their product are absolutely top notch!

We have 2 boys who suffer with Severs disease and play football and run track. These insoles are the only thing that makes them feel better! We are thankful for these insoles. Our boys have them in all there shoes and have no pain!!

My son was having heel pain. Replaced the stock inserts which in Adidas youth soccer shoes are particularly bad. NxtMile inserts cured the problem. These inserts provide excellent heel cushion without affecting the shoe fit. Highly recommended for those that have a medium arch.

My daughter had a lot of heel pain and started using Next mile inserts. The pain went away after about 3 weeks of use. She always keeps them in her cleats now...it's been about 3 years of year-round play, and still no pain.

I would recommend this company to any parent who has a child that suffers from issues with their feet due to playing sports. I have a son who plays a great deal of soccer and when he had soccer tournaments or basketball tournaments, he could barely walk after playing one game. After purchasing the different inserts for every sport that he plays, we no longer see him limping after playing. Before finding this company, he was very discouraged about his ability to play any sport, due to that pain that he had in his feet. Thank you Nxt Mile Sports for creating these inserts for young athletes.

My nine year old plays high level competitive soccer year round. Last year she began complaining of heel pain after and during training. I discovered NXT Mile inserts during this time while researching heel pain in young athletes online. We now have Nxt Mike inserts in all of her athletic shoes. They have completely solved her problem. No more heel pain! This is an excellent product.
