I paid full for my order by COD, and box content only one free item instead of other 3 very costly premium cosmetic products. And the company doesn’t care, saying we delivered the order. It’s not just to deliver, it has to be complete order to deliver.
Making millions is all that matters to the Nayars - Customer service is a Joke! Beware of unprofessional ways and lousy delivery partners from NYKAA
They have the lousiest delivery partners and they don't take responsibility for the same. Cod orders get ignored if there's no exact change , as though the customer runs a bank at home..there's a reason customers choose COD. The customer service just replies with stereotype messages as though they're concerned. On the whole a lousy experience with Nykaa Delhivery Blitz and Shadowfax...they should just shut shop.

The continued delay in this pickup is deliberately stalling my refund process. It appears that both Nykaa and the logistics partner are intentionally delaying this return. Please address this immediately and ensure the product is collected so my refund can be processed without further delay.
Return request placed jun 14 and approved the same.shadow delivery assigned and they deliberately delayed 8 days and they finally cancelled pickup and new team assigned,I called nykaa customer care more than 6 times and complained regarding this..no helpful information given and couldn't escalate this issue till now

I’m disappointed to share my recent experience with Nykaa’s customer service and order fulfillment.
I received an order with missing items, and while I promptly reported the issue, the resolution process has been extremely unsatisfactory. Despite an internal investigation being conducted on their end, no meaningful resolution or accountability was provided.
As a long-time customer who trusted Nykaa for reliable service, this experience has raised serious concerns about their quality checks, packaging processes, and customer support effectiveness. When issues like missing items occur, customers expect timely communication, transparency, and fair resolution, but that was not the case here.
I hope Nykaa takes stronger measures to improve their internal processes and ensures that customers are not left without support in situations like this.
Its a bad company
Its a bad company. Very poor customer service.They overcharge compared to amazon, myntra and meesho. Dont accept any free sample offer from them. They don't accept returns for most of the items. So be very careful while dealing with them.

1. Wrong product dispatched against a prepaid order.
2. Delayed delivery and delayed resolution, despite the mistake being from Nykaa's end.
3. No confirmed dispatch of the correct replacement product till date, it has been almost a month now.
4. Repeated attempts to push a refund, despite my clear refusal.
5. Pickup being arranged without resolving the replacement issue first.
6. Mechanical and template-based responses, with no ownership.
7. No meaningful escalation, despite repeatedly stating that the matter has been escalated internally.
8. No name, contact, or accountability from any person empowered to resolve the issue.
9. Dismissive handling of a valid customer complaint.
10. Deficiency in service and a highly customer-unfriendly approach.
Never pay full amount by UPI mode, NYKAA won’t refund or send your missing items back
Never pay full amount by UPI mode. Take the parcel open it check all your items and only then pay the delivery guy. I ordered products with 4726 out of which only I got one product and a sunscreen which I didn’t even ordered. The rest of the items were not even delivered. The customer service after 4 days replies upon following up that the items are delivered. Customer service keeps on saying I understand your situation n all. Which means like mine many complains were raised and these people have a patent style of replying by empathizing with clients. They say their investigation shows all the products were sent which means there’s problem with their courier partner. nYKaa is reluctant to investigate further.
Shameless policy company Nykaa to drop…
Shameless policy company Nykaa to drop defective product. I order a hair dryer which plug was completely different from pic of the product on website Nykaa. I did request return or exchange for product mentioned on pic seller. Nykaa accepted and in 2 weeks just closed the window by saying that I didn't respond for pick up. Worst experience. I have to keep defective product with me by Nykaa fault.

Scamsters, no product delivery- auto refund after a week using customer money
Scamsters, not sure why they accept orders with 2 hrs delivery, either they don't have the product or delivery partner issue..ordered same product twice both the time order placed with prepayment, however after 5days without asking my permission they are intiating refund? Are customers ordering to get a refund? These ppl are using customer money for 6days and then returning..no product nothing.kind of invisible scam.
Expired product
The products being delivered are often expired. Additionally, the customer support team does not provide proper assistance, and emails are not being responded to or even checked. This level of service is highly disappointing and needs immediate improvement.

It's a worst experience, I ordered for a kajal and I got a box inside which there was no product . On trying for refund option there was no option of missing of an item. Then however in additional comment I explained it and applied , but reply was poor . No justice is given to the customer. My 1st and worst experience. Without seeing the reviews I ordered. I will not suggest, worst response, frauds are there , so customer should be carefull.
