Scammed - bought a voucher on sweetdeal and they first confirmed we could extend the voucher. Now 0 response, their website doesnt open, the number we texted says she isnt the right person and we lost 600DKK for nothing. DO NOT BUY OR GO

At time we reserved, they were another couple also overbooked same time, the place is shared place and not suitable for masaage. you gonna waste your money and time.

First, I did not expect that it was a guy. I am not racist so, I just continue and give him a chance, maybe he is good. But then, he was so unprofessional. I mean, he was always on his phone, I would understand, once, twice, or thrice but then it was more than 5th times and I got pissed off with my body languange and he showed his phone that it was work that he was talking. I do not care if it's work, you can call or talk to them after my an hour body massage. And then, touching his phone? Which is not even sanitized? And then touched my body without even using sanitizer? It all begin wrong already. What should I expect? The place is a mess too. If I could only attached a picture and video I would, I have proof. All their towels mixed with clean and dirty ones. And then, his arm also was hairy, I could feel in on my skin. This was nightmare. I even add for face massage, and then just got shoulder massage then just removibg my make up and putting their cream? What a waste of money. Not even massage my hair as if I was dirty even my foot, not even touched? Very bad service massage. I do not know maybe just in this branch at Værnedamsvej 1, 1819 Frederiksberg. And the place not even relaxing as soon as you arrived. You'll know what I mean. Never gonna comeback in this branch!

A very disappointed massage but very friendly masseuse. A star for her effort. It was obvious the masseuse wasn’t trained to massage pregnant people. While I was dressing up to leave I heard my name being mentioned and the guy there telling the lady who had just massages me that oh Florence is my client. I’m pregnant and I really needed a good and relaxing massage but I didn’t get that. The masseuse had a hard time finding positions suitable for me and my belly so 15 min of my appointment was trying to adjust and find ways to help her massage me. It was extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t feel relaxed nor good after the massage rather disappointed and frustrated. And the massaging table was absolutely the worse for a pregnant woman. I’ll recommend to go there (Fredericksburg branch) if you’re not pregnant. And I paid for an hour massage but that wasn’t the case unfortunately

Just had an amazing massage from Lucia (Amager). She is a very skilled and knows what she’s doing. She could find all the muscles that needed extra attention and worked on them to help loosen them up. On top of this she is very warm welcoming, friendly and easy to talk with. Really the best.

Super unprofessional!!

I was supposed to have a massage today at Amager 17.35, went there 10 minutes before and the place was closed. Waited 5 minutes, then called them twice - no one picked up. Wrote them sms and didn’t get any answer until it was 17:40! The sms i received said that my appointment was cancelled and they forgot to tell me about that! That’s not how you treat your customers.. I have one word: UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I went to Ny Liv Spa on Amager. I got a nice 30 min massage by Ola, who was very considerate and asked me exactly how I wanted it. I appreciated this a lot, as I often experience that the massage is too soft or not where I want it. The massage was one of the best I have had in a long time. Can only recommend this place.
