The best relaxing massage I got in years and the waxing, nobody believed me it did not hurt. I plan to go back on a monthly basis!

❎ They don't change the towels after every customer!
❎ Nobody has a proper diploma or experience!
❎ The communication is disastrous!
❎ 60 minutes massage? NOPE! 50 minutes TOPS!
❎ Worst waxing experience EVER!
❎ The salon looks very unprofessional!
❎ Dirt, dust and oil spilled everywhere in the treatment room!

Very dirty, weird apartment like place. It has nothing to do with SPA. One room belong to them and second to shrink which is not very relaxing. All place has no taste nor class. Massage itself very poor and unprofessional.

I've used this service from Ny Liv Spa several times now, but up until today I had always chosen the one in Glostrup and was extremely pleased! Today, I got a waxing in Nørreport, and was thoroughly disappointed. I had to 'check' myself several times, and each time I found patches that were missed. Even more importantly, it was extremely painful, which it never was before. On many many occasions, it took the girl/woman two-three times to rip off a waxing strip, which she did slowly and not very precisely, resulting in a very painful process, leaving my skin extremely irritated and bumpy.

In the end, yes, I would recommend Ny Liv Spa, but NOT the one in Nørreport. It makes me a bit unsure in general, considering that the quality of the same service provider can vary so much depending on location and staff.

En massage hos Nylivspa på Amager var en helt igennem professionel og fantastik oplevelse. Carmen, min massør tog sig god tid på de ømme punkter og gik hele kroppen igennem, så man gik der fra total afslappet og mentalt opladet.

I have been a frequent customer of Ny liv spa for over a year. In my experience, all of their masseurs are professionally qualified, experienced masseurs, some of them with a background working as physiotherapist in hospitals in Eastern Europe. Also, the work ethics is great: they always find an open time slot when you need it!
My latest favorite is Carmen at Osterbro: she is kind and strong and really trustworthy.

I discovered Østerbro massage place in fall 2014 and since then i am trying to go there once a week. My masseuse is Carmen and she is fantastic. After a long working week her massage is like a little mirracle for my body :) I prefer hot stone massage with shea butter. I will strongly recommend the place. It worths every penny!

I can definately recommend Ny Liv Spa! I have been there many times and have always received an excellent service and really good massages!!!
