Scam and bad customer service
Ordered a wizard joycon in pre order and it happily arrived before the estimated time.
However upon arrival the left joycon is damaged and won't work unless it plugged in.
The phone number on the site doesn't work. I sent them multiple emails and nobody answered. Eventually I posted all over social media, they sent me a private mesaage on Facebook asking for my order number aaaannnnddd nobody replied to that. It's been a week of not contact, I really want a replacement but I think it's just a scam

I made purchase of a control 50 € and did not send me received the money and no one responds to e-mail nor msg on the site and whatsapp does not work! So far I have not received more information after several messages and emails I feel that I have been stolen!

Worst communication ever.
Bought a GameCube joy con and never received a confirmation. Never got registered to my account either and the company does not answer message though email and you can’t speak with someone.
Actually happy to have gone through PayPal to help me with a refund since Nyxi doesn’t care about their customers.
Great customer service for a small compan
Customer service through email was very helpful and courteous! Though it is a small business with what seems like only a couple people handling emails, I would usually get prompt replies within a day or two. Customer service handled a full replacement on a Hyperion controller very smoothly and was very pleased with it especially of a business of this size. Other similar businesses of this size wouldn’t have had close to resolution I have gotten here. Very happy to support this business.

Placed an order. Changed my mind, and I was able to easily and quickly cancel and get a refund. (I sent a message and received a reply 90 mins later, not sure exactly where their support is based but this was at 1am lol.)
I have since re-ordered the Hyperion on 4th January. Timescale given was 12 to 20 days. Due for delivery today (day 13). They use Yodel from customs to your house.
Also, I sent another message on 6th Jan, and received a reply within 24 hours, so completely different experience to above review. I signed up as a member and used the "message" tab on their website in the accounts sections, rather than sending an email. (I think Chinese New Year holidays have started which may be having some impact, but they should have made arrangements to still reply in a timely manner in my opinion.) You can check order status in the "orders" tab too.
Also, company is moving to a different website (nyxigame,com), but it is exactly the same company as current nyxigaming.com site.
Bad customer service, flimsy palstic controllers
(First of all I posted this review of their controller on their webside as 1 star - it is packed with 50 reviews of 5 stars - and guess what they don't allow negative reviews and won't publish them). Bought a controller in January 2022. Functionality was very good when it worked - it feels good in large hands. However it is made of flimsy plastic, it broke after 8 months. Right controller damaged from sliding in and using in handheld mode. The controller is quite loose in the switch's rail. When I was playing and wanted to scratch my head holding switch in just right hand the plastic broke because of the weight and almost destroyed my switch which landed on the ground with bang. The controller is now unusable in handheld mode. It can be still conected wireless but has to be charged with cable. I contacted nyxi but they told me warranty is only for 6 months and they won't do absolutely anything about it because I am not a member. So I had to buy the controller to replace this one for a full price. Disappointing customer service and very short warranty period. Now I placed another order because I liked how the controllers feel in hands ordering their upgraded version with transparent plastic and it arrived in a bag. Packed like garbage. All boxes came damaged - luckily controllers did not get damaged. The new controller feels much better but it is still quite loose where the rail is so I will be careful with it in a handheld mode. Also I ordered a controllers charging stand which looks on their photos as it had led lightings I thought it will look cool as a small lamp however it does not have any LEDs it just looks like it on their photos.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service - I’ve messaged on Facebook, email and on their site and no reply after 48 hours.
Tracking service doesn’t work on their website. Paid for 3-5 days postage and it’s been 6 days.
It’s a shame as I’ve heard great things about the controllers!
Shop anywhere but here, please.
I ordered over £100 worth of equipment. Everything arrived in a loose poorly padded envelope.
I opened it to revealed the contents damaged and scratched. When I took photos and contacted the company I was just told "this can happen in transit".
Who ships in envelopes when it's that much stuff to a customer?!
I was granted a $10 refund. When I asked to be paid in £ I was refused, so this meant I received £7.78 as a refund. How about you take that £7.78 and buy boxes so the next few people won't have this issue. Also the refund policy requires you to send back all faulty items when postage is not paid for by the company. I was lucky to get this but it's not worth the risk.
Don't shop here.

Avoid this company like the plague
Build quality isn't great. Thumbs ticks have a huge dead zone then it's zero-100% instantly. Discrete values are very hard to find. LEDs shine through the gaps between the thumbsticks and the shell which shouldn't even be a thing. The right thumbstick on mine sounds hollow and creaky. The hard case I ordered came permanently creased because they posted them together on top of one another, meaning this "protective" case doesn't protect a thing. I have zero confidence putting my Switch OLED inside. I've emailed them twice now asking to start a refunds process and no response. They took my money, sent me garbage and have cut all ties. I do not recommend these guys at all.
Great controllers
Great controllers, very comfortable. Customer service is terrible. I am still missing an item from my order and no response from their service department yet.
Update: They made good on the missed item within 2 weeks. Overall Great products!

Product was not as described drifted horrible within a week got new from a friend as a gift and worked well for about 3 days of use about 20 hours total then a stick kept sticking

very hand friendly
Son and I love this controller. Fits perfectly in both my big hands and my 8 year old sons little hands. Charged it once and son has been using it for 3 days and still has almost a full charge. Going to have to order another one so I can have my own. My son states he barely has to use his finger guards so his fingers won’t hurt because it has the best controls he has ever used.
BEST switch controllers.
So these are amazing. I much prefer these over the original controllers that came with the switch. They make holding the switch feel so much better. Like you have a better grip on it. Even using it docked with the joycons docked on the thing that attaches them together is awesome. It feels so much easier to hold. I LOVE these. I recommend them to all my Animal Crossing friends because of how much easier it makes doing terraforming and little intricate things. Best Buy for my switch ever.
