Pretty much the worst online ordering experience I've ever had, followed up by terrible customer service. They sent completely the wrong item, that was also the wrong size and defective. Even after providing proof that it was a different product to that ordered, and that it had a load of missing buttons/clips, they said that it was due to my error, so said the only way to get a refund was for me to ship it back to China at my own cost, and then I would get a refund minus their shipping costs (even though it was free shipping). One of those sites that tells you cost in local currency, even though you're ordering from China, thus making returns of the inevitably bad products near impossible.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from this site and then saw the reviews so wasn't expecting a good experience, clearly the bad reviews are from guys with an axe to grind, the product was great in both price and quality so I will definitely buy again.

Very poor quality clothing! Arrived nearly 4 weeks later and looks nothing like what I ordered. I have battled for a return/refund which included me needing to send 6 x images of the package several different emails basically hoping that you will give up before finally after two month stating they will simply not offer a return or refund even though the item is brand new and still in its original packaging (because it looks cheap and not even the same colour). I only wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing - please if you are reading this DO NOT use this company!!!!

Absolutely rubbish quality. I have bought from pretty average companies before but this gets the gold medal for cheap crap. It's like the buttons are stapled on. The fabric is so thin it could almost classify as lingerie. I expected it to be Asian sizes but this wasn't the size they claimed it was. No clear return policy. Avoid!!

This store is untrustworthy, they are are a rip off. They don't refund or exchange if size is wrong like other stores do. They are a terrible store. So please save yourselves from arguing with these people, you don't get anywhere. But at the end of the day they kept my money and I have a useless item.⁶

The item has arrived but is way too small not happy as this is not a cheap item for me. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

THE CLOTHES I BOUGHT FINALLY CAME AFTER LONG WAIT (3 WEEKS). SIZES ARE MUCH MORE SMALLER THAN WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. I BOUGHT SIZE XXL AND IT CAME AS SMALL EVEN IT SAYS XXL ON THE LABEL.

Utter disgrace of a company. I ordered a jacket in X-LARGE as I am 6’2” and 44” chest. The sleeves went down just past my elbows, the body didn’t reach my trouser belt and it wouldn’t close. They have offered me a 10% refund.

Scam company....I have ordered suit but came in wrong size, I contacted dem saying the item came in small size but refuse to exchange or not even refund.....very bad company.plwase don't buy from dem...

The measurements on the site differ massively from what you get. I ordered a plain purple hoodie in XL and got maybe a M. The quality is terrible and customer support doesn't help. The support said that they can only refund 5% and that I would have to pay for shipping myself. I tried using the EU returning law against them but that didn't work.

This is the worse and I say worse clothing place on line you ever want to buy clothes. Made in China garbage. The size are not correct. Customer service just want your money and if you offer to try to return they negotiate 3% of giving you your money you paid and ask you to keep it. Do not buy anything from this company.

This company is a complete rip off.
I ordered a shirt in Large and it looks like a childs size large.
They were terrible about it and started bargaining with me to keeo the item.
5% off!
Then 10% off... And went on and on even though their refund policy states they will accept refuns within 30 days they make it quiet clear they will NOT accept returns.
I ordered a second shirt and it was nothing like the picture or description.

I ordered a Cardigan which has a fault, the item is 3 sizes too small, I ordered 2XL and its hardly measuring up to a Large
The label has been sewn on the outside of the garment, so cannot be worn.
They now wont give me a full refund, saying they will give me 35% of value of item £12.66 and to pay shipping costs to return the faulty item, suggested I try selling it on ebay! who would want to buy a cardigan with a label sewn incorrectly, on the outside of the garment!!

Avoid at all costs. The items look nothing like the images, and are of extremely poor quality. They come direct from China, are in terrible condition, and they refuse to refund you. My only options were to accept a 35 per cent refund or to pay high prices to return it to China myself without any reimbursement. A throughly unprofessional and illegal company, whose pictures look good but items are awful.
