It’s a scam do not order from the site I have been waiting on my sons order for over a month always check before you order I should’ve known better scammers hate scammers

Avoid this company at all costs!
Ordered a jumper for my son on the 24th March, it still hasn't arrived (23/04/22) despite them emailing to say delivery will be on the 20th April. I then received an email today (23/04/22) stating my order has now been dispatched! What use is that to my son when he wanted it for an event on the 24th April! Emailed them on 6 occasions, just to be fobbed off and told to wait! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scammer. I didn't get my order nor would they give me a refund. They were also very rude. Used automated messaging to answer questions.
Don't use this website unless you support China's takeover of the world.

As others - I read the reviews after ordering! Shirt arrived after 6 weeks. Four inches smaller in chest size. Would not replace. Offered 10% refund and told to sell it on Ebay or pay for return to China. Finally crept up to 35%. Fortunately paid through Pay Pal who refunded the full amount.

Total scam. Advertising certain shirts and then sending you completely different quality even different design shirts and then telling you there’s no returns. Outsourcing to cheap shirts/company overseas and then keeping your money - telling you “it is the shirt“, when it’s not. Even when you have photo evidence that the actual shirt is completely different.
SCAM Business. The owner is now continuing to harass me! The customer! They Now contacted me 3 times AFTER I told them to STOP contacting me, unless they were refunding me. Other reviews here are accurate! Wish I read them before purchasing!

Scammers, do not use , items not received after 4wks,after 5 wks item finally arrived today but put straight in bin as not cotton as described , poor shiny synthetic and awful quality, made on China stamped all over it and size 2 sizes too small , scam Chinese site do not use

DO NOT order from this company... bad quality, terrible sizing and NO customer service. They will not take a return. Run the other way!

UNFORTUNATELY MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING 2 JACKETS AND WAITED EXCITEDLY FOR THEM. AT LEAST 3SIZES TOO SMALL, BADLY FINISHED AND VERY CHEAP LOOKING. TRIED TO RETURN. NOPE! OFFERED 10% OF ORDER (£4.02p) AND TOLD TO KEEP. SAID NO. OFFERED 15%. SAID NO. TOLD RETURN SHIPPING WLD COST ME A BOOM! FINALLY HAD TO ACCEPT THE 15% AND THE USELESS JACKETS!! TOLD THEM I WLD BE LEAVING A REVIEW!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MORE PEOPLE SHOULD EXPOSE THIS SCAM🤨🤨

They sent the wrong shirt and refuse to make an exchange.

I just contacted the company and the customer service was really unprofessional and unreasonable rude.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

my son asked me to buy an XL jacket, which came in like small size. just realized I got myself into trouble when I read the review. No way to return at all.

Stay away! I ordered a shirt that said it was cotton and when I got it it was cheap polyester. Waited 1 month for item. They will only give a partial refund. Horrible.

I ordered two items from NZWE and upon opening the package the poor quality was evident immediately. Busted seems, see through material. Upon requesting approval for a refund I have received repeated offers for a partial refund to keep these unsatisfactory items. Despite repeated requests for refund approval they continue to ignore me and offer partial refunds. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE CLOWNS

Wish I could give no stars. Going to add to their collection of negative reviews as I’m currently disputing a purchase I made on a sweater that looked NOTHING as advertised. This company is a scam. It took me two months to finally receive the stinking hoodie, and it was a joke when it finally did arrive. It smelled funny, the image on the hoodie was pixelated and very poorly made, the stitching was uneven, and the sweater looked so cheap and ugly it was unwearable. Nothing like the advertisement. They told me I had to pay the return shipping to china, which would have cost more than the hoodie itself was. They tried to offer a small refund for me to keep the sweater, I said no. They weren’t budging and doing the right thing, so I finally escalated the issue through PayPal. Save yourself the time and hassle. This company is not what their website is advertising. I purchase from overseas all the time, with great success, and it’s companies like this that ruin international purchasing reputations. Not cool.

I wish I would have read reviews earlier. I ordered 2 items in different colore. I received one after about a month and a half. When I contacted them to see about the other one, they told me to be patient. They were shipped separately. It's now been over 2 months and no product. Winter is over and I requested a refund. We'll see how long that takes.

Horrible. Item is way smaller. Return policy is not what it says on the website. DO NOT ORDER

While the pullovers are colourful and look good, seems to be the same old story from the land of COVID as that could be the only place where advertised sizes are so misleading. Size charts might as well not exist as a large is more like medium.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this company, it will take a lifetime to get your order and when it arrives incorrectly they will not assume any responsibility and you are screwed!
