This company is a disgrace!! I wish I didn’t have to give a single star!! They took my money on the 9th of February and I have received nothing!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I have contacted the customer service department repeatedly, they send templates saying that your is not updating on the tracking system. I’ve never never ever had a customer experience as bad as this one!! Avoid at all costs this is seriously a scam company.

Ordered March 9th and still haven't received tracking number. Customer service is horrible!!! DO NOT give them your money

If I could give them zero stars I would, item not as described and won’t refund, offered 10% off and after numerous emails where they were patronising and offensive they said return signed to China!!!

What you buy and what you actually get are totally different..nothing at all like in the picture, cheap material shody work..

I ordered some gingham check shirts of colours that I couldn't see elsewhere on the net. Their sizes are really small, I am normally a medium shirt, even their large size which I ordered (because of their sizing) was tight fitting. I wanted to return the items because of sizing. When I contacted their 'Customer Services' they really didn't want to accept returns, trying to put me off, 1st they offered keep the products with a 10% refund, then I pushed and they offered 20% refund and keep the goods, when I pressed for a refund they eventually accepted after a LOT of emails. they provided an address in China, They have never refunded me, if you do send, pay the extra for tracking. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Really not worth the hassle :-( don't get taken in by all their postive bull s... on their website. Even though I ordered 4 shirts at the same time, they sent them as 4 seperate parcels, strange thing to do??? Hope you find this review helpful :-)

Ordered a men’s sweater in size medium in middle November for a xmas gift for family member, this was for a 16 year old petite female (that size as they like them oversized)
Knew the delivery would be a wait as with the world as it is currently - finally arrived 23rd Dec - Yay !! But no the size they’de sent wouldn’t fit a seven year old boy
Contacted them, apologies and was told a replacement would be sent, a month passes- nothing ??
Messaged again and they’re now saying they had sent me the correct size
Apparently it’s quite normal for their sizing to be ‘several inches’ out !!

We just do our own size , there is the size chart on each product's page on the site ,and deviation within several inch is in normal range，The size of each product is different .Please understand.

Did you check the size chart before you order？

If so the size should be okay.

Or did we send the wrong size to you?

Normally, if we send the correct item, we do not provide the return service.

Such a bad company ... would not recommend unless you want clothes for barbie’s or Ken

Don't go near this company or web site. If there is a problem they will charge for return to China and replacement.
Even if they accept that it is wrong they still will not replace at their expense. What we bought was clearly wrongly labeled, not Large Man but very small, suitable for a 10 year old. Offered 5% to keep it eventually upped to 20% for a useless piece of clothing. You loose your money they win.

AVOID. Don’t go near this retailer if you want any sort of quality or more importantly an item in the size described in their own sizing charts. Customer service is dreadful and returns are impossible unless you are willing to cover excessive shipping costs to China yourself.

China seller distributing from California. Inferior low grade products. REFUND policy is not a true refund policy. READ the whole return policy. The product has to be defective in some way - fit, color are NOT reasons for a return. You have to ship back to CHINA, not California. Return address is not shown on their website. They are scamming buyers knowing we will not return to CHINA. BBW.
