It's easier if you go and fight in a war than staying connected in this network. Doesn't matter what they charge, it's a peculiar pool of ip's and technologies, artificial intelligence, telematics, remote signaling, filled with all kinds of surprises.

Dear o2,
I want to inform you that I’ve had the worst experience with your English support in Germany.
A few minutes ago, I called the English support line you provided, and the representative was disrespectful and offered no assistance. To make matters worse, he ended the call abruptly without resolving anything.
Thank you for that, and shame on you for such poor service.

very bad customer support and poor contract experience. Never again.

really ripping off company policies, charging hidden costs for replacing broken from old router. on the hotline the person was offering the exchange without extra costs, after sending the router they sent me invoice for 100 Euros apparently for shipping and connecting the device to the network (what I did myself on the O2 app).
I can't believe that in European Union such a fraud company has rights to exist.
Customer service on the calls didn't offer any solution. Returning old router didn't bring anything so far.
Customer service replying here, didn't take any actions to help me or try to solve the issue. Just write some polite f u c k o f f reply....

As the all the others wrote: worst service ever because they decline any contact. I am so happy that I am no longer with O2.

Worst service I've ever seen, they did everything they can to avoid my contract resiliation, then told me that my contract was canceled. One year later I've receieved a letter from a refunds company that were telling me that I did not pay for my O2 contract since more than one year and had to pay now more than 500euros for it. I had one day to pay to avoid other fees.
So I tried to contact them but no one wanted to hear what I had to say. I got no informations just feeling thretened by the consultants to be pursuited in court if I don't pay.
Simply a scam for tourists more than disappointed, I hope this "company" to not say bunch of thieves will close asap

They are the worst, Like I have contract till 2027 and all of the sudden they told me to pay them at once and however I have booked hotline conversation they cancelled only me. This is a breach of contract

Reply from o2 Deutschland
Everything does not work. Internet is not usable for videocalls sometimes even for voice calls. After almost 2 years I was not able to login into the app or through browser to see my contract details, because I need some number for it, which however can be get only once you are logged in. That is why cancelation is also pain in the ass.

What the heck is wrong with these people???
I switched to internet with them and it was probably the biggest mistake ever! I haven't had internet for 2 months now and there is no sign of a resolution still. First there was cable internet which turned out my building doesn't have a connection for anymore but somehow, they don't know it and still gave me a contract. They also sent me their trash router despite me telling them specifically I don't want it because I already have one. After much confusion for weeks, they offered to transfer my contract to DSL 250MBit and made me wait 3 weeks right up until the activation date with a technician appointment when they told me it's not even possible to give me 250MBit for whatever bandwidth limitation nonsense reason which I find hard to believe because that's exactly what I had with 1und1 before I switched to O2! Oh and the technician guy doesn't show up at all. The guy on the phone just recreated a new contract for 100MBit instead. I'm pretty sure he did it just to get a commission for himself at my expense. Shame on these people!
Fine whatever, I just want internet and move on with my life. Another 3 weeks later and the technician doesn't show up on the appointment date in the morning. I called them and they said the appointment is actually for the evening. I waited the whole day and the technician didn't show up at all! I had taken the day off from work to stay home and it was a complete and utter waste. Next day I called them and they have zero clue why the technician didn't come and didn't even notify me of anything. Now they are opening another ticket for failed activation and telling me to wait 24 hours so they can check whatever and then probably make another technician appointment, who will likely again not show up based on past experience. More waiting time!
I am so sick and tired of these people. They have zero common decency and respect for people's time. Their customer service centers are manned with a bunch of clueless apes that care little about your concerns and the O2 portal website has been down for 4 or so days as of this writing and I can't see anything there about my contract. They have also, ofcourse, charged me for full billing and new contract and activation fees for the past 2 months! That stupid waiting music on their customer service hotline is burned into my brain and will haunt my nightmares forever.
I will now attempt to just get out of this nightmarish contract completely within the 14 days cancellation window or something and I hope it works, so I can go to some other company but that sounds like just even more painful waiting time with still no internet. Just great.
NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN with O2. I am so done! I swear I'll avoid them like the plague for the rest of my life! I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is the most insanely horrible experience I've ever had in my life with any company as a customer.
There might be some hollow response on this post from one of their bots or whatever with some nonsense pre-written apology text. I have nothing to say to you and I have zero interest in any correspondence or "working" any further with you to solve anything. You're all utterly incompetent and you'll just waste more of my time and mental energy.

The O2 in Germany they are criminals and the costumer service are very rude I cancer my WiFi connection and they are still taking money from me

The worst possible service I have ever experienced. I have had problems with my internet all day once again yesterday, I called their customer support 3 times and each time they told me something completely different.
No internet once again all weekend and no one to call today. This has massively impacted my studies and my work as I couldn't do it today. I will be calling tomorrow to cancel my contract and I'm contacting my family lawyer about this issue. Absolutely absurd to be paying for a service that you don't get.
Absolute shambles of a company. Shame on you. Stealing peoples money.

Worst 5g ever! When it rains there is no internet. I live in city centre and even though in the evenings the coverage is just one level. Some days there is no internet connection like 15 mins even 5g seems on. The worst mobile company in the whole galaxy ! I m looking forward to my contract that ends in 2 months!

Then Internet does not work at all. I had to upgrade and I did. I received a new simcard with more cost but still the speed of the internet is terrible. it was promissed 300Mb per second but it work 1Mb per second.

Reply from o2 Deutschland
prepaid sim card doesnt work at all. You can not gothrough identifiation process either online or offline and calling to customer service is just useless as they ask to do identification everytime (which has been done more than 10 times) Stupid card with Stupid service.
Dont know about postpaid but STAY AWAY FROM PRE PAID CARDS

Reply from o2 Deutschland
Very very bad customer service.
I took an O2 sim with the cancellable contract. I cancelled the contract and informed them that I used only one month and would pay for one month.
It has been more than 40 days since I cancelled the contract but still, they are sending me the invoice and saying they will deduct money from this and that I said ....I don't want it because I am not using these sim cards.... awful service to the customer

Reply from o2 Deutschland
I gave them bank data that is now old and their system won't let me change it. Now they keep trying it and it will not work and they charge 4 euros to my O2 account every time they try it. I have tried to top up with several valid credit cards and they won't accept any of them even though all other merchants do. Their prepaid help is only in German and so I cannot call them. There is no longer prepaid chat either. You're just basically screwed. Now I have to go through the headache of changing providers because they could not suck more than they do. Horrible. Find another company.

somebody made a contranct on my name and used my Iban without my knowledge. I did not even have access to the o2 account. When calling them, they said they cant do anything about it. I want to ask you how can you sign a contract without the knowledge of the person? All i need is an email and IBAn and NO SIGNITURE? and then i have a contract i cant even cancel as i have no access to it? Are you kidding me. When calling Customer support they simply hung up the phone. this company is wrecked. I am trying to cancel this account but nobody pick up the phone. I finally received credential to enter, but i dont receive the secret code for logging into the account. I never in my life expericend worse service ever! I advice anyone to avoid this company!

I am new in Germany and thought O2 would be a good choice for mobile contract. But I am very disappointed.
First, the reception is really bad. I live in a city but often have no signal or very weak network. In Poland, I never had such problems.
Second, the prices are very high. I pay much more than in Poland and get worse service. This makes me really angry.
Third, the customer service is very bad. I had problem with my bill and had to wait long time until someone on phone could help me. The staff was also not friendly or helpful.
I regret very much that I cancelled my old contract in Poland. It was much better and cheaper there. I cannot recommend O2 in Germany.
