Same story about this terrible company
Sounds like everyone has the same story. I saw their merchandise on Instagram and ordered the “Soccer is my favourite season” sweat shirt in November and still don’t have it, January 11, 2020. Like everyone else, I’m getting excuses from the company and doubt I will ever receive my shirt. Along with wishing I had read reviews first, I wish instagram would screen companies better.

What a scam!
What a scam!! Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a sweatshirt from this company on 11/11/19. Still do not have it. Company refuses to give me a refund. Instead, customer service keeps begging me to just return the product (that they claim is in transit) and them email and request a refund. I have requested a refund 3 times. They refuse. I have a feeling I will never see my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Horrible company
Horrible company! My order took forever when it finally shipped it literally said it can take between 8-15 days. Is it coming by horse and buggy. The product looks nothing like the picture. Not even sure I will it to my friend. Embarrassing!

SCAM
I ordered a product at the beginning of November. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't received my order. The company said it issued me a shipping refund to make up for the inconvenience, but no refund has been issued to my credit card account to this date. I really wish I would have read the terrible reviews before I ordered from this vendor. This is not a one-time incident. There are many, many complaints about about people not receiving their orders. I would advise not purchasing from this company.

Don’t Buy from Oakere
Terrible company! I ordered a sweatshirt on November 11, 2019 and still haven’t received it and it’s January 5th 2020! They will not refund me and tell me to be patient! Now after reading the response from others about their return I’m worried about that now too!

I ordered 2 sweatshirts on 11/29 from oakere.com. I did not receive them until 12/26, which was too late for Christmas. I had been communicating that I had not received and they kept telling me to be patient. i had to buy new presents because i didn't receive and followed their return policy. i shipped the late "sweatshirts" back yesterday, at my cost, and just heard from them that I would not get my money back. i now have no sweatshirts and, am out $55.58 for the shirts, and $14.30 for the shipping. Fraudulent company and very bad customer service. Beware. i'm now taking legal action and reporting the company. They defrauded me, have false customer service policy and refuse to refund my money for product I no longer have.
