I had a nice experience with OASEAS support team. I had made a mistake with picking up a wrong package from the post and I had paid extra money as import tax there. As I opened the package I realized the mistake that I had made! the package was headed toward OASEAS and I had picked it up wrongly. I have sent an email to the support team and asked for help. They responded quickly to my email and had a very friendly attitude. They helped me to solve my issue in the easiest and fastest way. I received the refund for the import tax and I sent back the package to OASEAS free of charge with DHL post, pick up service.

Fast delivery - but splitted in 3 parts
After a week the first part of my order was already delivered! In there was a nice personal note on a postcard which I found very attentive.
For the next time, i prefer to get all my things in one delivery and not in 3 parts, if thats even possible.
