Bought a OBD II cable to communicate with my Volvo. They ship frm China and it arrives with 5 CD ROM discs with pirate software with cracked keys to Toyota, Volvo etc.
The OBD II cable does not communicate with Volvo since it has not the correct protocol J2534. This is a pure China bogus seller.
Police report filed as well since the seller did not accept return or money back.
Stay away from this counterfeit part seller.

Please keep well clear of this company they are international scammers. OBD diagnostic is a company that was dissolved in Feb2021 but they are still operating as if they are an existing uk company.
My nephew has ordered a V2017.1 Denso intelligent Tester IT2 and paid £509 and all I got is a cable worth $6 shipped from Singapore. Tried to call them so many times on their uk mobile number but no success.
BE WELL AWARE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

APPALLING BEHAVIOUR

Thanks arrived on time and in very good working order was very pleased with the item.

I would give this seller les then a star, THEY ARE SCAMERS, don't buy, you will never get your order or a refund.they sent me a way less cheap product, it's been more then a month and they don't answer calls, mesages or emails
After I posted a bad review I was contacted by this seller and they asked me to delete my post and they assured me I will receive my order.They provided a tracking number that proved to be fake and after 2 months I still have no refund or order .they are only stealing your money, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM

This company is a scam and ripping their coustomers off.
Ordered a Renault-Clip for 99£ + shipping and recieved a renault-com for 49£.
They don't seem to care about their coustomers since they are NOT willing to correct their mistakes.

Ordered Autocom cdp diagnostic scanner, arrived within 5 days and as described, brilliant service!

Ordered the Delphi DS150 PRO DS150e CDP 3 in 1 For Cars & Trucks Diagnostic Scanner and what turned up appeared counterfeit. Software supplied by vendor contained malware so seller advised turning off anti-virus - which I did not do. Seller won't accept returns for a product which is obviously not as described so pursuing refund with credit card company NOTE - SEE UPDATE BELOW
Based on my experience I would not recommend this company

Seller offered refund which was received along with return postage for returned item
Seller subsequently sent many harassing emails and texts to get review deleted so you decide if you want to do business with this person. In my view this is a very immature way to do business

Ordered a Delphi DS 150, item was as described and delivered quickly and works ok.

i have used this a couple of times on a few different cars now and it is easy to use and does its job, i am still yet to use some of the features but overall it is a good item, i would buy this if your a diyer or amateur mechanic rather than the cheaper version because it has a lot more functions

Bought Delphi ds150 item was as described but delivery a bit slow received it after 5 days ,that's why 4 stars .....

Order as expected and quick delivery, recommend.
