It is a handy way to buy tickets, but drivers are usually confused about the tickets on the phone and there is never an allocation.

This site is awful. I paid for the hotel and they did not send confirmation to the hotel so I was waiting for 4 hours with mt bagages in the hotel and they told me you have never reserved and paid, I was exhausted and had bad experience with my trip, this is scam reall scam. I had contacted the customer service several times and no body resoonded I asked for call and managers but even they did not call me. Awful customer service, just they advertising and scaming money from my pocket, also 6 months ago I paid 17000 Tirkish Lira for the hotel and canceled it but they did not refund me. Please do not buy ticket from this site, It is scam just scam and scam

Otel parasını ödedim ve otele onay göndermediler, bu yüzden otelde mt bagajlarla 4 saat bekledim ve bana hiç rezervasyon yapıp ödeme yapmadığınızı söylediler, çok yoruldum ve seyahatimle ilgili kötü bir deneyim yaşadım, bu bu bir aldatmacadır, gerçek bir aldatmacadır. Müşteri hizmetleriyle birkaç kez iletişime geçmeme rağmen hiçbir yetkili cevap vermedi, aramamı ve yöneticileri aramamı istedi ancak onlar bile beni aramadı. Berbat bir müşteri hizmetleri, reklam yapıp cebimden para dolandırıyorlar, ayrıca 6 ay önce otele 17000 Türk Lirası ödeyip iptal ettim ama paramı iade etmediler. Lütfen bu siteden bilet almayın, Dolandırıcılıktır sadece dolandırıcılıktır

Was fast and cheap. Didn't have any problems while boarding.

I booked a hotel room with a parking space for one day through obilet.com. When I got there, the hotel staff told me they dont offer any parking space. At the same time, I realised that its almost impossible to find a parking space close to the hotel. So, I asked obilet.com for help and to refund me based on this failure on their website.
After calling many times, I got the answer that the situation has to be clarifyied, finallt they responded and told me that it wasnt their failure. Magically, when I made a complaint and wrote a review about my experience, obilet refunded now my payment back and has given me a goodwill check about 25 USD for all this trouble. Nevertheless, thanks to obilet customer service for clarifiyng this issue.

We buy two tickets, from start everything was great. We receive tickets in few minute.

The service is really useful, booking a ticket through the site is very easy and convenient. The ability to use electronic tickets without having to print them is also great and makes the travel experience much better! Highly recommend:)

I paid for a ticket and it said that the transaction was not possible yet it still withdrew money from my account. I received no email, no call, no refund, nothing. I would never recommend obilet. i’d rather not travel again that book through them

Complicated booking as normal credit cards don't work by default, you need an authorization from your bank which makes the process fastidious.

My booking with ispartha bus from Denizli to Goreme went fine but the one with Onçu bus from Göreme to Ankara was a pure disaster
45 min late at departure with a closed office, I was the only passenger in Goreme and had no idea if the bus would come or not, very stressful. Then my seat reservation was not communicated to Onçu so people got pissed at me because I was sitting on their seat and i had to sit in the stairs for 7 hours as the bus broke down on the way... I almost missed my flight in ankara, i hope to get money back for that ticket Goreme- Ankara as at least it would pay part of the emergency taxi I had to take to reach the airport (700TLY)!
