We got married on a very tight budget, so buying a brand-new diamond wedding ring wasn’t an option. I came across Objekts on Instagram and instantly fell in love with the gold crushed ice ring. I ordered it just before Christmas, very close to our wedding day on New Year’s Eve, so I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time — but the delivery was incredibly speedy. Everyone at the wedding said they couldn’t tell the difference and that the ring looks just like real diamonds. Overall, a 10/10 experience with Objekts.

Absolutely fabulous! I have had so many wonderful comments on my rings. Everybody thinks they are real! They looks beautiful and sparkle like real diamonds.

Rings from Ojkts are typically pretty nice but the quality of the necklaces is disappointing. I found that the craftsmenship of actual necklaces I recieved is not as fine as the pictures. The Celeste necklace arrive not very shiny, corra necklace a lot lighter than expected and the charm on the horoscope necklace thicker and more oversized than expected. Generally I think they could use higher quality clasps for their necklaces instead of the hook and chain.

The experience of ordering was fast and efficient. We paid for the fast track shipping, as it was the week before Christmas. It cost £18 but arrived in 6 days (inc weekend). Very much worth it as the delivery communication was great and the oval 1.4k solitaire diamond ring, gold plated, was just stunning! Sparkling and fitted like a glove. What it came in was beautiful and useful instructions on how to look after it. I had deliberated for weeks about getting it and am so happy I did. The best Christmas present! Will 100% be ordering more from this company.

Shipping is so quick, even to Australia. I got the 4mm tennis necklace. The shine is unlike anything I’ve ever seen for a non-diamond product. Very comfortable to wear. Would highly recommend.

This is a dropshipping business your rings come straight from China. You can actually track it. When it doesn’t fit because the size is a little bit messed up. You will have to return it and you’ll have to return it to England, which cost a a lot depending on where you are. Overall a poor experience the shipping was kind of slow. Usually if it was made from the UK I would have it within the week. I waited around two weeks. The rings are OK they’re pretty. I don’t know if they will be durable, but it’s not really meant to be anyway. You can find cheaper online for the same material coming from China. You can even customize it on other websites for the same price if it is from China. So overall, I don’t feel like there’s a need to order on this website.

I bought Ornella & Nubes rings to be worn together. They are absolutely beautiful and look fabulous together. Very sparkly and I have had loads of compliments when wearing them.

I found the website was very easy to use and fast delivery, communication from OBJKTS was also very good.

The products are just what they say they are. Beautifully crafted and elegant. There is something for everyone too. I am super happy and I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

Beautiful pieces with real looking shine! You cannot tell this jewelry is not from the earth! I did find the tennis bracelets run small for normal jewelry sizing. I am on return number two for that, but the return process is painless and the customer service is excellent. I will definitely be buying more pieces.

I ordered jewellery from this company on 19th December 2025. The parcel was marked as “delivered” on 31st December, but I never received it.

I immediately checked with all my neighbours, including those with similar door numbers, and searched all possible safe places. Nothing was found.

When I contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility and told me I had to track it down myself with Royal Mail, despite UK consumer law stating that the seller is responsible until the goods are in the customer’s possession.

They provided no clear proof of delivery to my address, only a vague photo that does not show my property.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service. I paid for goods that I never received, and instead of helping, they passed the problem onto me.

I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you are prepared to risk losing your money if something goes wrong

Excellent customer service. Ring is beautiful. Arrived promptly.

Tracking numbers corresponded with a spam site and the USPS tracking wasn't available. Tried to cancel but got back a message already shipped when in actuality just a label was printed.Time to stop ordering from China just to save a buck. However, I did finally receive merchandise and it was lovely.

I was a little nervous purchasing Jewellery on line for the first time but have been really impressed with the quality of both rings.
They are comfortable and well made, and when kept clean shine nicely next to my real diamonds.
Highly recommend giving them a try.

Customer service is extremely disappointing. After contacting the company via Instagram, email, and their website form, I eventually received a response.

This was an international purchase, and I wasn’t aware at the time that they do not organise returns for international orders. I ordered the wrong ring size and wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, along with purchasing additional items. Unfortunately, the cost to return the ring is more than the ring itself.

I asked whether they could extend the return period by one month, as a friend is visiting and could have returned it for me, but this was flatly refused. The item is still in its original packaging with all tags attached, so there was no reasonable reason not to make an exception.

I would have happily returned the ring and reordered the correct size. Instead, I’ve been left very disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer care.

Order arrived late, asked 3 times for compensation due to this and ignored every time. I paid for the express delivery, it's not too much to ask for that back!
