customer service and ordering process is terrible

I ordered three watches as they look good. I ordered them on December 2nd and don’t have them. They say it takes 7 days to process and then up to 15 business days to deliver. What company takes a month to deliver? This company is so behind in the times. I ordered them believing I would get them before Christmas. They send me an email just making excuses and telling me to contact USPS to pick it up at there to make it quicker. How about you expedite the process. One of my updates was outbound plane December 9th and the next one was inbound place December 16. 7 days on a plane in the air I guess. Where was it in the Bermuda Triangle? Customer service is awful, the process is awful, and I won’t have the items for Christmas. Stay away if you can.

Easy and well guided experience

I am still waiting for my order to arrive so cant comment on.the items but i have had a remarkable experience so far with this amazing seller. I have an issue with my obsyss…

I have an issue with my obsyss automatic watch it's that it does not keep the watch wound enough during a 24 hour period and frequently stops and I have to wind it up each day and evening to keep it going being cautious enough not to over wind it it has been like this since receiving it and it was only today that I came across its packaging and card that brought me to this page that meant I could leave a review hoping for some feedback about this issue.

After buying a sport watch the second…

After buying a sport watch the second hand stop working after a month. I emailed Tiffany to explain my situation telling her I didn’t buy the warranty. Tiffany sent me an email to send a video of the watch. I received an email saying that they were going to send me a new watch. Thanks to Tiffany for going beyond to getting me a new watch.

I received my new watch but it was faulty the after sales service received fro Tiffany was excellent

I received my new watch but unfortunately it was not working.
I reported the fault to Obsyss where I was superbly assisted by Tiffany who advised my options to resolve the problem. Initially I opted to return the watch for a refund but when I checked postage costs to China against the original cost of the watch it wasn’t worth it. Fortunately, Tiffany offered to send me an alternative watch of my choice and I am now waiting for it to be delivered. Tiffany’s customer service and communication have been first class.
