Save your money find another ENT Company. Arrogant customer Service
I visited Dr Scott Nadenik to review a nose polyic I needed removed. Scott recommended a CT scan for futher evaluation. We also scheduled a follow up appointment to discuss the results. I was outside of the country and want to use the appointment to discuss the results but The office manager Kevin refused to let me talk with Scott. He said he couldn't discuss results or work on a plan to move froward. I understand they cannot move forward without a in person meeting. But office managers refusal to let Scott speak for himself is disrepectful to Sott as well as to the customer. This place is a terrable choice for you Medical procedures. I can only recommend this is a great time to drive and avoid the unproffessional service provided form the company

If you agree with DEI this facility is right UP YOUR ALLY! Firstly, it's almost impossible to communicate with the employees at this facility, severe language barrier. Secondly, BEFORE even seeing a doctor they demand to be paid upfront. After paying the $30.00 insurance co-pay I was allowed to see a doctor. Several weeks later I received an email stating that I owed the facility $20.00 more for a microscopy that was performed on my ear. Just another concealed billing charge that Ocala Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist located in Ocala Florida says that I have to pay. It doesn't take a ROCKET scientist to realize that in order to properly evaluate a person's ear this procedure should be SOP (standard operating procedure) and should have been covered by the original $30.00 co-pay.
