I have ordered a credit care they send me to my previous address when i call their helpline to get it resolved and send it my new address they asked me send proof of address by post i was like are u serious? Are we living in 1960? Why cant you verify my proof of address by email i can send you my proof of address by email. They didn't accept it . This card you cant add to wallet so every time you have to carry card with you i had same company credit card for 4 years and i hardly used full limit and my affordability was good still in 4 years not one time increase in credit limit. So very outdated card and poor service utterly disappointed

i really didnt think i would be accepted, but i was, it was so quick and easy to do online, i had my card within 3 days, easy to activate online, they send to you in advance when the statement is due, when the due date for payment is. Has taken a lot of pressure off of me.

Pre-Approved LIes!
I was sent a 'pre-approved' email for a credit card with a £5K limit. I went through the process to only find it was a £200 limit right at the end!! I sent every email I could to try and cancel it as a result, and none of the emails worked. The card wasn't even from Ocean Finance, but a completely different company all together. The whole process has been an utter waste of time!?
** Addendum after their reply below, please note they said "Pre-Approved" £%k limit, and do not apologise or explain why I could email them back to cancel the card. Extremely poor!

Unfortunately, we do not know what the credit limit will be on the card. This decision is made by Capital One, after they have conducted further checks. This is not something that we can control.
If you require a guaranteed limit, then you may wish to search for a card that offers you a preapproved limit prior to applying.
