I never got my item, tried to email them about it they never responded 😒

Order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t came yet

Ordered 3-4 weeks ago and they still haven’t come in yet

Item never received, still waiting to hear back from customer service but it looks like this is a common problem.

I am hereby completely satisfied with the overall performance of the projector and experienced such nice visual effects 🔥

I have not received my order I paid $93 for they gave me a tracking number that doesn’t show up on UPS or any other delivery service it’s been 3weeks now I’m for sure at this point that it’s a scam they only want your money they don’t send out anything to you I suggest that you do not spend your money with these people because you will not get anything in return besides confusion & anger 0 stars & if stars can go lower I would put them in that category because they also do not respond to emails or phone calls.

I go my Ocean Galaxy Light Projector 3.0 delivered a few day ago only, high quality speakers to listen to with 360 degree Full room coverage

I just ordered two Venus rings from them. I checked my order and there is a other tracking number on it.

They are NOT in the USA. They are using Yuna Express which is based in China.

My order has shipped according to them and will only take seven days.

I entered the tracking number for Yuna Express and it’s going to take an estimated 22 days.

They are a scam. So not buy from them.

If I could I would give them a 0 star.

I ordered a size “9” but what I received is much smaller. False advertising. It also looks like a plastic kids ring you’d get in a bubble gum machine. Super unhappy. It was supposed to be a cool unique gift.

I bought 2 rings. The rings are a cheap plastic that is over priced. They don’t look like the pictures and they don’t glow. Don’t spend your money on these.

SCAMMERS THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

The speaker is quite good. A bit grainy sound quality but all in all 10/10 on the actual projector. My issue is that the remote my product came with doesn't work. Ive tried multiple batteries and it doesn't work so I can't change it colors or lighting at all. I give the product a solid 6.5/10

Great product! Wish it had a longer connection cord but other than that, I love it!

I didn't receive the galaxy light that I purchased online. They haven't even answered my phone calls or try to reimburse me. They offer very poor service, I'd advise anyone not to even consider buying their products.

Have not received my order. Since the company sent through DHL, contacted DHL, DHL asked me to get in touch with the company. Wrote numerous emails to customer service. They are yet to respond. Still have not received my product nor has customer service got in touch with me regarding my issue. Buyers beware.

It took a long time for customer service to get back to me. I ordered two projectors by accident and sent the one back- they never responded to my emails and I never got the refund for the second projector
