The initial enquiry was dealt with fully and efficiently. The cabins required were located and booked. Payment was explained clearly. Receipt of deposit was received, and the requested hard copy arrived within a week.
Letters of instruction were clear and in good time before the cruise. Queries on telephone were dealt with thoroughly and politely. VERY nice to receive gifts in the cabin!!
