Less bulky and more refined than other electric toothbrushes I've used. It's also cheaper, and it comes in a variety of colors.

Oclean X Ultra S Sonic Toothbrush is loud and not 45dB as you say, the charger is very slow, poor materials, cheap plastic, the battery runs out quickly, returns are not possible after opening the box, the worst toothbrush I have ever bought in my life, the worst company, returns are not possible

Great price with $50 off coupon. Got the kit with over 6 replacement heads and travel case. It’s been working great for the first week, very happy with it so far. The app that oclean has is a nice bonus.

Update: Oclean‘s response below is nonsense. I have contacted them repeatedly and they asked me to submit videos of the problem and photographs of parts which I did and then they stopped responding. I have yet to hear from them.

I am two toothbrushes in and I’m very disappointed. The first one died after five months and the second one after seven months. Simply would not recharge. I took very good care of this toothbrush. This is no fault of mine and the company has failed to step up.

The purchase of the toothbrush was very easy. However it took 7-9 days to receive it from China. It would be nice if they shipped from a US location.
The toothbrush works great, and is easy to use.

I love the brush itself (have had it for 2-3 years), but was not happy when their confusing website led to my receiving the wrong color replacement brush heads. At first they refused to correct this so I posted a two star review (as NJSpice). I couldn't find a way to edit/update that so I'm doing so here because they reconsidered and ended up sending me the right color (& let me keep the wrong ones). I really appreciated that, and they have also been good about responding to a couple questions about the brush I've had over the years.

Products themselves are good, but be careful ordering accessories like extra brush heads as the website is confusing. "Style" numbers actually denote COLORS, I ended up with the wrong color and they would not make it right.

Not sure it cleans as well as my old Sonicare. Have to be careful how you hold it. The control pads are right were I naturally hold it and so I keep changing the settings accidentally.

Will use this for travel and purchase the new ultras S for everyday use. 👍

Too early to tell. The auto mailing address that only came up after submitting payment info was incorrect. I immediately used your contact info to report the correct address.
