My teeth feel so clean.

I purchased the newest ultrasonic toothbrush model based on the CES award it received this year.

I loved the amount of information the app provided, unfortunately after less than 2 weeks of use, the charger died. Not totally sure what happened but there was green crud around the charging pins and brown material on the base of the brush which could have contributed to the issue.

Once requested video and other details were provided, my refund was processed.

Hope this is not a design flaw as the features the product provided is impressive.

Oclean Air 2 seems like it is barely getting the job done. Wimpy. I wrote for the "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" and received this in response from Oclean:

"Since it is a personal care product,we can only accept the return if the products are unopened. Already opened the package is not supported by the return. If there is no quality problem, you must return the product, you need to pay for the shipping cost and customs fees to China."

We waited and waited for it to get here and lo and behold, it doesn't work. We changed it, the screen went on but the brush does NOTHING

Product doesn't work for our toothbrushes despite claims that it does.

Shipping was slow. I ordered the brush on 01/26 shipped on 01/29 and delivered on 02/06. The brush is very noisy, it is hard to hold because it is round and slick, and the brush head is small. Compared to my prior brush this is an inferior brush, not worth the money paid.

Was nice to find a similar product to something Phillips used to make but never worked for very long. Hoping the oclean will last. Love that there’s no shipping cost and was great and fast service so far!!!

Not a great customer service experience. Had difficulty with the product. They said it was my fault so I had to buy a bunch of other stuff to get it to work again.
Will not be recommending ordering from oclean even though I like the product.
