I ordered a jacket from this company and never received my order. Like many others, I tried contacting them multiple times by email and through their website — no real responses and no tracking updates. When I realized I wasn’t getting my product or a proper reply, I contacted my bank/credit card provider and opened a dispute to get my money back — that was the only way I managed to get a refund. Before that, this company ignored all requests and acted like they were shipping the order even though nothing ever arrived.
There are many similar reports on Trustpilot about people losing significant amounts of money with no product and no help from support. It feels like a fraudulent operation, so do NOT order from them. If you’ve already ordered, check with your payment provider immediately to secure a refund.
