OctaWeb is by far one of the best hosting company's I've gone with so far. During the whole set-up proccess of my products the team was fast in replying to solve problems and always kept me informed.

I’ve been working with Octaweb for around two years now, and nothing is ever too much trouble for Kieran, Jay, and the rest of the team.

My new business plans to work closely with Jay and Kieran over the next decade as we launch a new product, and we intend to rely on them for all our telephony, web, email, and storage needs.

They respond quickly to queries and issues, and I’ve always found them honest and transparent in their interactions. On the one occasion something went wrong (and it wasn’t entirely their fault), they acknowledged it immediately and resolved it quickly.

If you need reliable and trustworthy IT support, I would definitely recommend Octaweb.

Amazing Company! I transferred overt to Octaweb about 3 days ago when my VPS, Website & Emails were sabotaged by my previous hosts.

Octaweb helped me get them back and recover all data onto the new systems. They handled all the VPS Data transfers and setup and I couldn't be more appreciative!

I have been with Octoweb for nearly over a year. They have a really committed staff team who help you when ever needed. Even if you cant seem to get a hang of whatever they offer, open a ticket and they respond to you super quickly, even when they are not working!
