Excellent service and quick to reply

I didn’t have to wait in a queue for more than a few minutes. The Octopus specialist Chintan resolved my monthly billing issue which reverted to its original value. My second query was exporting solar and he introduced me to a much better export rate. No hassle, all resolved in 15 minutes. Great service!

Eden has been excellent in sorting out a few initial teething problems (caused by me) with my onboarding to both the Intelligent Octopus Go and an Export tariff. The customer care has been exceptional and now our Solar and battery are connected correctly with the appropriate tariffs in place.
