Octopus Legacy, formerly known as Guardian Angel, is the place to plan for death and find support after a loss. When people think about planning for death they think about wills, life insurance and funerals. We take these cold processes and turn them into something much more human. Share more than money: leave voice notes, music, recipes and videos. Shape a legacy that connects you while you're here. And after you're gone. Founded by Sam after his mum died suddenly, we’re a group of people who work in death because we’ve been affected by it. We know the difference a good plan makes, and what it’s like when there isn’t one. Death can come between us, leave mess, legal fees, frustration. But it can also connect us. We see a world where people talk openly about death, and work out the real meaning of legacy, one that connects to them. We’re here to make that world happen.

Simon’s knowledge was phenomenal about everything to do with estate planning and we made decisions that we never knew were so important. We feel so happy to have the “full package “

George was excellent at explaining the things to consider -and watch out for- in preparing my will
Maggie was great
We had our initial consultation with Maggie yesterday - she was really personable and took the time to explain every element. This was our first Will, we left the meeting feeling relieved it was all in good hands.

Mr Hardeep Gokarni was very thorough in explaining the process to us, and went over it a couple of times to ensure we understood (it's all new to us!). He was courteous and amiable and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

IT failures
Your IT system is clearly faulty or the IT personnel that constructed it are below par. Your email told me my Will was ready but I could not PRINT it. I'm sure you can find a IT technician that can pretend he/she is like most elderly persons, useless at IT and prepare an easy straight forward system and therefore you would get less issues coming back. Your ITsection reminds me of health & safety officers, no practical experience just sits in an office and makes it up.

They do not know what they are doing
They do not know what they are doing. I had the meeting, paid the money and only found out 28 days later that they couldn't do what they said they could do. Only got a partial refund so far. Avoid.
