My Final Comments…….
This is my final update regarding the standard of service I have received from Octopus-Legacy.
Today, 7th August 2026, I received notification from Trustpilot that I had received a message from Octopus-Legacy.
Octopus-Legacy has apologised to me via Trustpilot for the inconvenience, delays and the shoddy delivery service I have experienced whilst making my Last Will & Testament with them. Octopus-Legacy has also acknowledged that important documents should not be left on doorsteps and that they will be bringing it to the attention of their courier, AMAZON. I wish them the best of luck with that, AMAZON are in a delivery world of their own when it comes to making deliveries but that is another story.
I was also very surprised to receive a full refund from Octopus-Legacy, which is appreciated, that action goes a long way with me.
Thank you Octopus-Legacy, as an organisation dealing with legal documents, I hope that something has been learned from this experience and that you change delivery couriers for a more professional organisation to deliver those important legal documents!
