I accidentally somehow paid 400 dollars for something I didnt mean to do and their policy is no refunds but Randle was the best customer service employee ever he helped with getting my money. Thank you Randle for everything

I’ve successfully been using this product for three years. Being a profitable sports bettor can be made easy with Arb and +Ev tools. Made about 8k so far in 2025. Gonna keep this rocket going.

It's FAST and WORKS! Feels like I am constantly getting in value before the odds bump. I could only do this with a tool like OddsJam!

Arbitrage betting using OddsJam is a game changer, has fully given me a second income to help pay the bills.

Oddsjam was the first and probably only data driven approach to betting that I will use! The UI is great and staff members are very good with working with you if you have any issues or questions. I wish more people understood how lucrative sports betting can be when you have Oddsjam on your side!

I like the service a lot. It does come at a high cost, but it is possible to be profitable enough to cover the monthly bill and then some. If the price was lower, I would give it 5 stars.
Website is easy to use and lots of tutorials if needed. They do offer 1 on 1 sessions as well.
Overall this service has made me a profitable sports better. You will get limited but just have to keep hammering bets. Even after getting limited I am still profitable.

I've personally profited more than $80K since starting in OCT 24, and it's only APR 25 at the time of this review. The tools and data are top in the industry, and the amount of knowledge pumped out by the influencers around them, it's GOLD. Concerns of the cost, limits, time all are valid concerns, but are addressed daily by folks LIVING this .. there's nobody else in this space spending that kind of effort to help users become profitable.

Such an awesome product! Finally making $$ off sports-betting since I started using oddsjam! Arbitrage & EV betting is the way to go, worth every penny.

Very very bad experience on odds jam they charge you $199.99 after trail ,there is no way on app to unsubscribe ,they just tricking ppl for money. And you won't get reply from their customer service,

The software is good but the customer service is horrible. It's now March 31st and 5 emails sent between Jan 10th and last week have never been returned.
They owe me money and will not pay or respond.

These guys developed an amazing new version of an old product, new to North America, and they charged a fortune for it, originally rooted in necessity for the costly dev costs, but chose to continue that monopoly-based pricing well into their success, at a 600% premium to the new competitors now entering the marketplace with superior products (AVO Arbs $60 product is superior to OddsJam's $400 product). So don't be fooled into funding their greed.

As one can expect, when the founding proprietors get their $160m payday the customer service experience plummeted, most notably led by the Head of Customer Service, Randall Knaak, with whom I had the misfortune of having a personal experience after he failed to respond to my support requests and then, in a fabulous display of self-righteous indignity, detailed his proud history of excellent customer service in response to my, politely critical feedback, before ultimately, going incommunicado and, without any warning or accompanying refund, cancelled my subscription, just a week into it. I arrived at my arbing work day to find he had put his technical skills to their highest and best use, blocking my IP address! It took a week of X posts and emails to get them to refund a PRO-Rated part of my subscription finally. Nice one, Randall. Bravo on the hard flex. Petty arrogance at its best, childish accurately describes it, I think, - but hey, f@ck it, you're rich now! I assure you, dear reader, I did nothing more than express frustration at not being able to get the support I sought. This review is to keep you from throwing away $340 more than what OddsJam's superior competitors are charging and avoid the disappointment and unsolicited conflict that I found myself in with the 'Customer Support Staff'.

For full transparency, Randall claimed not to have received any of my emails seeking customer support (I confirmed the emails were correct, none bounced, other staff members were cc'd and received those emails), but it wasn't that; it's that he never made any attempt to troubleshoot the communication breakdown to resolve the issue. It felt as if Randall had, without ever meeting me or knowing me, jumped to some preconceived notion about me because he didn't have the time of day for me from the get-go. When I pressed, as a 400/month subscriber to a service that touted its customer support, he dug in deep fast and washed his hands of me on a personal agenda basis. The level of offence Randall took to our limited exchange and the disregard for customer service he exhibited truly baffled me.

I was further baffled that I couldn't get Founder Alex Monahan to respond to my requests to review the matter. He's always seemed to be in it primarily to help people 'Beat the Sportsbooks' and here I am, a paid subscriber to his baby, being gatekepped by Oddsjam Staff from doing exactly that. He didn't have the time of day for the experience I took the time to relay to him, seeking his oversight and mediation.

Signed up for 1 week and trial and did not use the service, then was charged $199 USD for the membership, quite surprisingly only after the 1 week trial had ended. Immediately contacted customer service requesting a refund to be quite arrogantly told ' no refunds available' and since then no human customer service person has responded to any of my emails. Very disappointed and regret signing up for the 'free trial'.

This website changed my subscription date and still charged me without providing a refund and said they did not even though I had the evidence that they did.
