I wish I could give OddsJam zero stars because my experience with them has been nothing short of awful. The platform itself might have some potential, but any positive aspects are completely overshadowed by the abysmal customer service.

The Head of Customer Success, Randall Knaak, is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Instead of helping resolve issues or providing support, he was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude. It’s baffling how someone in a customer-facing role could have such a poor attitude and lack of empathy. His approach to customer service is the exact opposite of what you’d expect from someone in his position.

I reached out with a legitimate concern, hoping for assistance, but instead, I was met with condescension and zero willingness to help. It’s clear that OddsJam doesn’t value its customers or prioritize their satisfaction.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are far better platforms out there that actually care about their users. OddsJam, and particularly Randall Knaak, have a lot to learn about basic customer service and respect.

Company won't provide refunds for any reason, including unauthorized charges, even if you contact them the day of the charge.

The guy who started this, Alex Monahan, is literally a coke addict robbing people of their money..

Just watch his streams, he's a straight up drug addict POS.

I’m very disappointed with OddsJam. First, the platform’s services constantly lag, making it incredibly frustrating to use. It’s hard to trust something so unreliable when timing is critical in sports betting.

But the real kicker was when they charged me even after I canceled my subscription. I expected better customer service and transparency, but instead, I’ve been left chasing a refund. I cannot recommend this service to anyone unless they seriously improve their performance and billing practices.

Scammers don’t even go for the free week all the suggestions are fake Alex on twitter’s works for them so he gets paid don’t listen to him I paid for a month never won anything all the bets that was sent are fake nothing hits they try to make me upgrade to 999 a month I was like bye

Don't go anywhere near oddsjam except for bonus conversions. The other tools and information are way overrated for the price and more of a gimmick. If you are like me, the worst part is you will be limited to under $50 bets messing with there tools.

Stay away odds don’t update right away they are delayed like 5 minutes terrible product
