What? No Vase?
Update after receiving response from the merchant:
These flowers were not delivered in a "signature gift box" as you have responded. The flowers were left at the recipient's door leaning against the door frame.
The flowers were lovely however I have never experienced an expensive arrangement of flowers that does not arrive in a vase.

Many of our bouquets are delivered wrapped in our signature gift box so recipients can place them in their own vase if they prefer. Since not everyone wants or needs a vase with each bouquet, we offer it as an optional add-on at checkout for anyone who would like one included.

Absolutely beautiful bouquet! The flowers were incredibly fresh and the quality was outstanding. The arrangement looked exactly like the photos and was stunning. You can tell they really care about what they send out. Hands down one of the best flower services I’ve used — I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great ordering process
Appreciate the communications after the order is placed, as well as the photo of the arrangement. Website ordering is the best, very nice flow, so easy to complete the addresses and enclosure note online, versus telling someone on the phone.

The customer service is above & beyond
The customer service is above & beyond, even on a very busy Valentine's Day 2026 weekend. The flowers were fresh, healthy and smelled divine. And the packing is the most adorable floral packaging I've ever seen. For eight years, I've received a bouquet of flowers from my niece, and in this year of my first Ode a la Rose delivery, my smile began with the cute pink box.
