The Worst Valentine's Day Flower Shop: Save Your Money!
Disappointing Valentine's Day Experience！
I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day, but it failed to arrive on the actual day. I requested a partial refund due to the delivery issue. The customer service responded that I would have to pick it up the following day, but they have since ignored my inquiries. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with their service.

In this case, the delivery delay occurred because the ZIP code entered at checkout (90096) did not match the street address provided. As a result, FedEx was unable to complete delivery on Valentine’s Day and had to reroute the package once the correction was confirmed.
We remained in communication and worked to reach a fair resolution once the address issue was clarified.
We understand how important Valentine’s Day deliveries are and regret the disappointment this caused.
Very pretty
Very pretty, but for the money a few more flowers. The palate was perfect. You delivered beautifully and on time. Just one or two extra stems of flower heads would have taken it to perfection.

not the best arrangement
not the best arrangement. i want surprises since it wax so far away and options are limited.when my friend sent me a photo i was cringy the usual dead roses in the arrangement. i hate roses and it almost always the only option. sigh.
