System is not clear for companys, and privat person who wants prepare question they can cheating very easy, and want only checking offer price on the market. Nobody checking this privat person, sometimes they make 2-3 question about one case.

clients are not properly verified. lots of contacts are "dead' right after they are posted. I would just like to say that verification could be better. Maybe more information at posting ads regarding fake ads would be helpful, to let clients know that it is in their interest to post correct contact informations.

Was trying to submit request multiple times, entering correct and detailed information in Polish on each step.
They collected all personal data (phone number, query details) and after 'show specialists' stating provided data doesn't meet the requirements.
Really? why do you ask me for my phone on latest step then?
Never heard about input field validation in 2021?
