AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM COMPANY, SHADY PRACTICES!!!

This company is nothing short of a scam on many layers! It is operating under NH Trading NW Limited & Veno Scorp Check their T&C's where it mentions the first company and their links to "their" trust pilot reviews which are for second company

Had the absolute horror of purchasing a PC from this 'company' (and I use the term VERY loosely) via Amazon for my son's birthday present.

On receipt of this we received the PC and 2 empty boxes, one for the motherboard and one processor that were apparently pre-installed (we had no idea if they were the ones advertised and had boxes for or not, as this company has a renowned reputation for using old, damaged parts and pretending their new. They included a note stating "we have included these empty boxes incase you wanted to display them".

Within 6 months the PC failed entirely and it wouldn't turn on, we raised this with the company and asked where do we go from here and they stated that they would arrange someone to call and provide "support and fix the issue", I received a phone call from this company via a WhatsApp video call where a man sitting on a upside-down bucket, no shoes, smoking a roll up in trackies and a dirty top spent 2 minutes before realising that the PC didn't turn on like I said and said it needs to be returned. Fine, as having a "professional" company have a "professional engineer" conduct themselves like this had raised multiple alarm bells.

From this moment on this company has been nothing short of diabolical! They refused to respond to multiple requests from ourselves and amazon for 4+ weeks before finally deciding they would accept a return but refused to pay for postage (this was a 12kg PC tower we'd paid £450+ for and shipping was coming to over £50+) we argued this as we shouldn't have had to pay for an item not fit for purpose and this went on for weeks before we finally relented and covered the cost.

Due to how they had behaved I ensured I took plenty of photographs of every step from beginning to end when packing the item, the item in the packing, the final sealed look and every side of the package, had it fully insured, tracked, personally dropped it off had a record of the weight when handed over to the store etc. Despite them receiving the PC within 72 hours they failed to acknowledge they had received it. When once again chasing these crooks up they decided to start lying and tried to commit insurance Fraud.

This "company" started to claim that box was empty not expecting us to have proof, they were even smart enough to reseal the box for the delivery company using VEN-SCOPE LOGO TAPE! The name of the company THEY OWN! They didn't stop there as they hadn't realised the package had been sent so it wasn't able to be opened without disturbing and damaging the two 'display boxes' they had originally sent! however these were perfectly in tact and untouched! These people were trying to have their PC, our money and have it claimed from the delivery company for being "stolen" by their poor unsuspecting delivery driver.

I had to contact my bank to get a refund and Amazon to have them fix the issue with this shoddy company. They are Veno-Scope (they have even left themselves a review for NH Trading NW Limited with that account) When you ring the number for NH Trading NW Limited the number states it's Veno-Scope, googling both companies brings up a host of issues from other peoples highlighting their illegal practices. We are going to trading services, police, couriers etc for their attempt of fraud and for the misinformation they use to sell products

DO NOT USE THEM!

Disappointed

In the beginning, I was very happy. Until I ordered another monitor one day which arrived and was much smaller in size compared to my other ones. I was astonished to find myself talking to sarcastic customer service representatives when I presented them with my concern. As a previously loyal customer to this store I will no longer be purchasing from here.
