I found a hard-to-get sticker making set for my daughter's birthday on Office Etc for a good price. My only criticism is that it took 5 days to arrive - so it was delivered after her birthday. I'd think twice about using the site for ordering anything urgently required.

Placed my order & straight after I sent an email making a special request in resect of colours. Before items were packaged & sent I was telephoned by Office Etc to confirm colour & check if I was happy to proceed....cant get better customer service than that!

Have used them before and will use them again. On line shopping as it should be. Thanks

Happy with price and item. Was a little upset that the box was slightly damaged, as it is a present for someone, most likely to have happened in the post, as there was no protection for the item. Other than that, I would use Office Etc. again

No quibbles here, since always deliver promptly, and at a good competitive price. Would recommend. Also, often give a promotional code to give a worthwhile percentage on ones next order, but not sadly with the latest order, so not sure how the loyalty scheme works.

I chose the free 2-4 working day service, and my delivery arrived next day anyway. I received texts and emails to update me with the delivery status so I was well informed throughout the entire process. My order arrived packaged well and will all the correct paperwork.
