Packaging a little poor
Chair is great but arrived really badly packaged, and the plastic piping at the back had snapped. It's only an aesthetic thing, but they should really take more care when packing.

Office Chair - Overall the chair is excellent but…
Overall the chair is excellent but there are a couple of issues:-
1. One of the screws to hold the seat to the plate is bent
2. The arms are difficult to line up and could do with longer screws. (I have decided not to use the arms so that the chair fits under my desk).

Not fit for purpose
Do not buy from this company!! Bought a chair 6 months ago and it has broken already. The bolts that hold the seat have come loose numerous times as there are no nuts to secure them in place. Was told to use Loctite to glue them in place after asking for a refund!! Very cheaply made chairs.

Good but with issues
Delivery was prompt and the products was a reasonable price. The chair did have a severe scuff mark on the bottom of the seat metal housing which must have happened during production because there was no corresponding damage to the packaging, and the right arm rest loose because it was not tightened fully during manufacture. The former is on the bottom of the chair and not visible and the latter I fixed by tightening the screw. Both issues suggest quality control is lacking by the manufacturer. The headrest is also quite useless but I probably would not use it anyway. Otherwise a nice, comfortable chair that suits my purposes as a desk and gaming chair.
