Love Office Needs - great company with great people. My order arrived on their van, with their very polite driver and beautifully packaged.

The product arrived fine and was well packaged. However, it only arrived after I chased this up. In the end I waited 13 days to receive the item, despite the website stating that "orders received by 5pm will be delivered the next business day".

I didn't hear from Office Needs until I got in touch with them, and I wonder if the product would have arrived at all if I hadn't chased it.
