I needed to change the date of my Theatre trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Not only did Official London Theatres deal with my request super quickly, Amy, the customer service senior agent, was really helpful and honoured my request. Thank you so much.

Amy from customer service was amazing! I had to re-schedule the tickets for the “Zog” show as the weather was announced to be 36 degrees. She was very helpful and fast to sort out my issue.

Official London Theatre made it easy for me to exchange my tickets as I need to change the date, 24hrs before the show. the process was smooth and the team responded fast. I did purchase the ticket refund insurance however it is quite restrictive on the reasons as to why you can refund otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I planned a trip for my daughter and me, overnight to see 2 shows. By chance I checked the tickets to see which theatre we were at. Realised I had booked both shows for the same day/time.
Amy was incredibly helpful and sorted me out with a refund. This was entirely my error so I am so grateful.

I had a great experience with Official London Theatre's Kids Week booking service. After purchasing tickets for The Little Mermaid, I accidentally lost my confirmation email and was worried I wouldn't be able to access my tickets. Their team was incredibly helpful, quickly located my booking, and reissued the tickets without any fuss.

The customer service was friendly, efficient, and reassuring, which took a lot of stress out of the situation. It's great to know there's such responsive support behind the booking process.

I booked tickets to take my niece to Six but booked for the wrong week. The team quickly helped me to change my booking. I then had a problem with the refund but they sorted that quickly and speedily kept in very good communication with me about what was happening giving me all the information I needed.

Amy was amazing, she managed to help us move our tickets so we could watch the performance with our favourite actor in it!
