Easy process to book and arrange. Amy at the desk who has helped manage my bookings to alternatives has been very helpful and responsive.

Excellent service when trying to change tickets for a show. Really prompt and helpful communication and I was able to switch my tickets for a different date and get a refund on the original tickets.

I booked tickets for the hunger games and then realised I needed extra - the team Amy / Danielle were so helpful in enabling me to cancel the ones I had and still get the discount for Kids Week. The children really enjoyed it and our extra ticket was able to be purchased at the same price. It’s these small things that make life less stressful. A pleasant and can do attitude was much appreciated. The show was great too!

Great customer service, originally booked wrong date which was easy to correct. Then I couldn’t find tickets the day before, customer services located them and sent them out straight away.

Fantastic customer service - efficient, friendly and very helpful when I needed to change my tickets to an alternative performance. So nice not to be faced with automatic replies and endless bots but instead interaction with a real person!! Highly recommend.

0 complaints about my experience. Brilliant prices during Kids week and when a mistake was made during booking, customer service was 10/10. Quickly responded to my change request and clearly communicated process to refund and resolve. Thank you again team :)

I had to change the date of tickets due to a scheduling misunderstanding. 1. I wasn't sure if a date exchange was possible 2. I thought it would be a drama to sort out. I couldn't have been more wrong. I filled out a short easy online form and Amy replied to me within an hour. Amy clearly outlined what could be done and the next steps. They asked me confirm when I had made the new booking and they would refund me the original tickets. I did as instructed a few days later and Amy confirmed the refund within a few hours. Thank you for all your help, clarity, speedy response and for being an actual person at the end of an email. It is very much appreciated!
