This is a scam website. I made a 99 USD purchase on a Miyoo Mini and the order invoice doesn't even have a tracking number. I researched the site after the purchase and found multiple Reddit threads confirming that it is a scam. I can't link URLs in here (Trustpilot wont let you) but honestly a really quick google search surfaces all of it quickly.
It is a scam site, or a reseller, but either way they do not have any customer support. They say they take Mastercard and PayPal, but not possible. I should have known by then.
Ordered two Miyoo Mini Plus. The first one went fine on my phone. Later when I tried to order another one for my friend as a gift, the payment went through, but the site got stuck on loading. I did not get any order confirmation on email, and after 10-15 min I refreshed and didn't get an order confirmation on the website. HOWEVER, they did charge ny card and since it is Visa, I am unable to stop the transaction.
I have reached out by filling out their email form, sending email to service[AT]officialmiyoomini.com, and to liangfuhu22[AT]gmail.com with. None of them have responded.
Don't buy from this scam site! It is a scam and I feel stupid that I fell for it. Hopefully the one I ordered will arrive as I have a tracking and they have sent SOMTHING, but the second one is lost money. They don't respond or even acknowledge email received. Stay away from this scam site.
