Product is really good. It is fast, smooth, comes with the manual that guides you on every step and anwers the problem you might face.
Initially I was to return the product but then as there was no warranty for it. but then i came to know that it comes with at least one year warrantly and customer support.
Also, customer service is great, they respond you promptly and keep a good follow up.
highly recommended.
Lastly, the price is lower than on ebay, amazon, etc

I had and issue since I bought the printer, it wasn't moving the paper, it wasn't running thru, I emailed them and they send me a new one, I didn't have to pay and i didn't ask for a new one, they just send a new one, and it WORKS!!! Im so happy that they told me everything I had to do for my old one to work and send me a new one, Thanks to them now my small business is running perfect!

What great customer service! I had trouble printing a thermal printer with a chromebook and they didn't just walk me through, but kept me in check with follow up emails for me to keep trying with their suggestions that eventually let me print yesterday. Thank you very much! You don't see that much so 5 stars easy!

After having an issue with my purchase, a kind, honest customer service chap, called Jamie, helped me solve the issues with utmost courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. A gem and gentleman from, what is always a bone of contention (customer service), who couldn’t be more helpful, gracious, patient and humble towards me and my plight. My cord was not working, I reached out to the company and they sent me another one immediately. They followed up to make sure all was working afterwards.

The printer came secured, and beautifully packaged.
At first i was a bit concerned about using the printer, although, the phone app was easy to download, i could not (with my usual blundering), find, the driver for my windows pc.
I then contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly, and personally, (which is extremely unusual, for most products, in the marketplace), and , they got me up and running, in no time. This little printer, is now, the new favorite addition, to my workplace, and travel. highly recommend, it! THANKS

Grea little label printer. Was easy to set up and printed the sample perfectly. I had problems printing my own labels and contacted customer service. They responded right away and helped me solve the problem which was on my end. Works great now. Love it.

Thermal printer delivery was one day. I installed printer and did a sample 4 by 6 label which was perfect, but second label's bar code had white areas.
Contacted customer service and received immediate reply. Wipe thermal bar with alcohol and if needed, change two areas in adjustments program.
I open top and blew air on bar and then I printed a test and real label. Both were perfect. Problem solved. Thanks to Jamie.

This 4x6 in. label printer is cute and compact on my work desk. It was easy to set up and connect to my Mac. I had a question about installing the printer driver, and customer support answered quickly and walked me through it. I feel confident using this label printer because of the company’s excellent customer support. I recommend this printer to anyone who frequently mails items from home.

I reached out to Offnova after a move and one of my printers cords was MIA. Course I had no idea which one, but they helped me figure that out too. I contacted them and the quickly responded and sent me the cord within a week. My small business is back up and running.

I am new to card making, but decided to buy my first die cutting machine. Not using it for 3 months, I decided to start my new craft! I found that a major piece was missing! (I could have done it but don’t know). I reached out to OffNova and Jamie reached out and solved my problem right away, no questions asked…and kept me informed along the few days I waited! I can't say enough good things about Jamie and Offnova. I purchased an offnova printer a few months back that began having some issues. I immediately reached out to offnova for support and Jamie got back to me very quickly and helped me try to troubleshoot the problem. After realizing the problem couldn't be fixed Jamie went above and beyond and honored the warranty and expedited me a new printer. Offnova has great quality products and wonderful customer service and Jamie is excellent. I will be a customer for life. Absolutely love my bluetooth thermal printer.
