I've bought from the company maybe three times with zero issues or problems.
But my other half bought some t-shirts and we heard nothing for ages, then almost as soon as she put in a complaint and raised a complaint the t-shirts miraculously appeared.
If you are having problems then a little communication will go about long way. I doubt we will be using them again until the reviews go back up

Steer clear of this company. They took my money on 2nd August and I have still not received my T-shirt and all emails are studiously ignored. Lesson learnt - don’t make the mistake I did. Cowboys.

UPDATE
Finally got a response after going g through the Shop app. Apparently all my emails were going to their spam folder and being marked as read and archived and that’s why they did not respond. They responded when I lodged a complaint with Shop and refunded what I’d paid and said they would send a t shirt for free - we will have to wait and see if that one actually turns up. I still would not use this company ever again.

Of course the promised T-shirt never appeared. What a joke. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUNCH

Shopping the website was fine as was the purchase, the delivery was around 2 weeks which I expected because it’s on the website and communicated by email so if you’re expecting amazon next day delivery you should have read the delivery details and anyway all the best things take time. Received the t shirt and it was great . I haven’t worn it because I bought it for a friend whom I know will love it !

I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering a gift for a friend from this company. It still hasn't arrived and they've not replied to any of my emails. I've just put in a claim for a refund via PayPal and suggested that they don't associate themselves with these scammers. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 2 t-shirts for a birthday present, they were not dispatched and there was no response to emails or fb messages. I raised a case with PayPal and received a full refund as they didn't respond to PayPal either.

If I could leave zero stars I would, no t shirt and no communication. Bunch of cowboys who take your money.Off to trading standards now, steer clear you may as well give your money to charity.

As many others are posting here, zero communication and still no sign of the t-shirts I ordered back in December.
Ordered 3 shirts on the 12th of December and it was stated that it would take longer than normal (2-8 days). Fine I thought, cutting it a bit close to get them on time but my own fault if they don't turn up on time for christmas day. Here I am in January having to put a claim into Paypal as I've had no response from the emails I sent and nothing but answering machine from the number left on the website.

Ordered a tee shirt for a leaving gift 8th August. Received an email stating it would be made in 2 - 5 working days. 11 days later, no comms, no tee shirt. I emailed on the 19th, no reply. I facebook messaged on the 21st, auto reponse directing to email. I went on the website to try and request a refund - link fails.
By the 22nd I presumed I'd been scammed and ordered a replacement through a different company which arrived in two days and was presented to my colleague before he left. On the 30th of August the original tee shirt arrived, it's fine. If you don't mind no way of contacting, no refund option and a 3 weeks plus wait it's OK.

2 weeks & no despatch info. no response to any contact! refund received via paypal so not financial loss, but i wouldn't bother ordering again!

Delighted with the product

Ordered the Overlook Hotel T shirt for my son and it is excellent. The delivery was prompt and the t shirt print is great. Sometimes large prints can feel hard and waxy but this one is soft. My son has had it on many many times and it washes well.. still looks like new. I would definitely buy from this company again.

These guys are fraudsters. Take your money, don’t send the tshirt. Don’t respond to emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🤬🤬

The 3 people running this company are a bunch of disgusting conmen James Witts, Timothy Silver and Timothy John Silver these 3 people should be ashamed of themselves and should never be able to trade again. No response to emails, there phone lines is permanently closed. I have sent countless emails and left many messages. I wonder if they'll respond to trading standards??? DO NOT TRUST THEM YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

This company is pathetic and so are the owners. They don’t reply to customer’s emails . I placed the order on 17th October and it was a birthday gift for 8th November and no delivery no clue till date. Customer satisfaction is zero

Placed an order 9 days ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched and I’ve also sent 2 emails and they haven’t replied. They said on the website that orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. They’ve took my money but not delivered the product.

UPDATE: after sending the company 5 emails I eventually got a response, they said the emails were getting sent to their spam folder and that’s why it took them so long to reply but my hoodie finally arrived this morning and I love it. I Will be ordering more from off world tees even tho the order can take a long time to arrive.

No item, no response to my email and I don’t see me getting my money back either.

Shame really, the tshirt I ordered looked good and I couldn’t find anything else like it elsewhere. I’ll be sticking to RedBubble from now on.

Item was supposed to have been delivered within 5 business day but 2 weeks later I've had nothing. To add insult they don't respond to any emails. Their website claims they'll reply in 24 hours but I've sent 3 emails, giving them 48 hours to respond and still nothing. If you look about for reviews you'll find a number like this. I'm going through PayPal for a refund as I don't expect off world tees to do anything about it.
Please don't get involved with them, they'll take your money promptly but that's they only thing they do well. Please avoid

Update: after writing my review I immediately received an email regarding my order. The delay in delivery was blamed on Royal Mail, my order was dispatched on 18th August and couldn’t be investigated until 1st September. Remarkably it arrived today, 1st September!!
The t-shirt is lovely and good quality.
I would love to be here to tell what a fab company this is. Initial communication and money taking on 10th August was super speedy. Since then I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed at least 3 times, tried messenger (to which I got an auto reply that said their Facebook doesn’t work and to email them for a reply in 24 hours) and left a message on their answer phone. I’m so disappointed as their T-shirts look like such good quality, let down by poor service.
