OGL is a very reputable company. Customer Service is there to help you. They’re very professional. I purchased a beautiful skirt. The materials they use are Quality material. I trust this company and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Nowadays, it’s so nice to find a company that produces quality and gives great customer service and up-to-date shipping details. I’m a customer for life. I just got their beautiful travel pants and the quality is outstanding. I bought a couple of tops prior to that as well and it was a smooth purchase and delivery and everything has been true to size. 

Love the built in bra clothes. As a small chested woman these are fantastic for the summer and heat. I accidentally ordered a crop shirt. Which doesn’t work at my age and customer service was great about shipping me the correct product. Great product and service!

I love the quality of the clothes! The Brami Tops are very high quality and supportive Great fit! Pretty consistent on sizes, once in a while size is off a bit. I purchased a top on my regular size but it felt too tight and uncomfortable. Contacted the customer service and got an answer right away. Very kind, attentive, solved the problem best way possible and offered a discount coupon code for future purchase. That made me happy because I’m already looking for new tops for summer.

I love everything about OGL move so much but I accidentally ordered the same top twice and their customer service is just another reason I am obsessed with them because they provided me with a no return exchange to get a different top that I had my eye on. Honestly, my favorite!!

I ordered quite a few items to try on. I kept two items and tried to return four items. They make it r-e-a-l-l-y difficult to return items for a refund. I did my part pronto, but after four weeks, 10+ emails, and a whole lot of persistence, I did, finally get my refund. Will not order from them again though as it just should not be that difficult to return.

Overwhelmed by the exceptional level of customer service. They are delightful to work with. I need to exchange an item that I ordered the wrong size. Couldn't have been easier, they even asked that I keep the items that were ordered previously and share with someone that needed them. Thank you, will be back time and time again.

So far I’ve ordered three items. Quality of fabric is amazing. The pieces are beautiful. I did order the wrong size on my pants and an exchange is on the way for me. Easy to work with their customer service. I absolutely recommend this company!

I purchased a bunch of OGl clothes of 2 different sizes, because it was hard to know. They offered me the option of keep ing all the clothes (and giving them to friends who now love them) AND gave me a full store credit so I and buy even more clothes, which I did. It took a few emails to get the credit applied correctly (mine was a little complicated), but Customer Service made it happen. Friendly and fast help. I ordered some dresses this latest round and they are great, now that I know my sizes in each type it will be much easier. I am a small or medium in top, medium in bottoms and large in dresses.

Oglmove is fantastic. The clothing is soft, comfortable, true to size, extremely flattering, and the colors match the samples shown online. I love the initial pieces I have purchased so much it only took a couple of days before I ordered more! Yvonne, whom I refer to as my customer delight contact person, made every point of contact exceptional! She caught my mistake when I selected a size inconsistent with my previous orders and reached out to correct it! Service above and beyond. I am looking forward to wearing and purchasing more Oglmove clothing throughout the seasons.

This is a great company. The first item I ordered wasn’t really my style when I put it on. They were so helpful in assisting me with a return. I ordered a few more items and love them! I would definitely continue to order from them just based on what great customer service I received. Their products are very well-made in the material is great quality.
