I highly recommend OGL! I ordered two camis with built in bras, they are SUPER comfortable and very cute. But most of all, their customer service is amazing. I had a mishap with my delivery address and they were quick to resolve the situation. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely order again!

Love OGL, great clothes for travel, office and lounging.
I love OGL, the pieces are well made. Soft fabrics, love the Bramis and the pockets in things. Some of the clothes are cozy and lined. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bonnie who is a wonderful help! Standard Shipping to Canada $13. I much prefer OGL over Halara. Their packing is also eco friendly.

I had a frustrating experience trying to return three brami tops (£116.50) that didn't fit. The cups were too small and the band too large, a proportional issue no size swap could fix. My initial return request in February was met with repeated pushback: offers of store credit, gift cards, and exchange shipping fees rather than a straightforward refund. After getting no response for over three weeks following my March email, I followed up threatening to escalate, at which point Bonnie stepped in.
Bonnie was a completely different experience. She acknowledged the delay, listened properly, processed the refund as an exception, and let me keep the items on top of that. Genuinely warm and proactive where the earlier handling had been evasive. The company's standard process needs work, as returns shouldn't require this level of persistence, but Bonnie herself was excellent and I genuinely appreciated her. If you end up dealing with her, you're in good hands. 5* for Bonnie

The pants I ordered were nowhere near the color in the picture. When I asked for instructions on a return I was told I couldn’t return the pants even though I had received than one hour prior. Horrible customer service if you don’t like the item.
