Clothing from China and NO RETURN allowed
Their "365-day return" policy is misleading, because no returns or refunds are allowed. You will NEVER hear from them if you request a return address for a full refund.
The clothes are shipped from China (check your tracking, you will know). You will be given two choices: pay NZD$17 more for another item of equal value, or receive a US$20 voucher (no refund for the clothing you want to return). These are you two and ONLY choices given. The $17 return fee is very excessive in New Zealand, compared to many merchants who offer free returns or a shipping fee of around $5.
Their pricing reflects this unfair and misleading "return" policy, as you can find equal-quality clothing at half price elsewhere.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent! I placed my order through PayPal and when the order went through I saw PP had an old address. There was a link in my PP receipt email to contact Bonnie in customer service. So, I immediately emailed her requesting she update my shipping address. Within 10 minutes she responded it was done. I am very impressed with the quality of the clothes too. I ordered another top in a different color plus another top! Sizes were true as well. Only bad thing I can say is delivery time was kinda long. I think it took 7-10 days.

The items did not fit and company resolution
Update on this issue:
I was promptly contacted by a representative from the company named Bonnie, who apologized for the confusion and offered a full refund. She provided a return address for all items, which remain in their original packaging with tags attached. I am truly grateful that she processed the refund proactively, before I had even boxed up the items for return. Her responsiveness and professionalism have restored my confidence in the company, and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.
The items did not fit. When I requested a return for my money back, I received this reply "Because a sizing/fit issue is considered a change-of-mind return and isn’t part of this Seel service, I’m not able to process a refund or return for this reason here. If you ever have a delivery problem with this same order (for example, damage or a missing package), I can help you submit a request for that on this page." I would never buy from this vendor ever again.
