I had such a wonderful experience with OGL. I ordered a coat that I absolutely loved — the quality was amazing and it felt so well made — but it ended up being too big on me. When I reached out about a return, their customer service team was incredibly kind and helpful. watchout for prices in the shopping cart
I would advise users to keep an eye on the prices in the shopping cart. My experience was that after placing an order, I had to register as a member. While, I struggled with the registration, the prices continued to climb - firstly by 25% and later by 80%; all within 24 hours of the original order. When I sent screenshots of the various price rises along with a query, the response was that they use "dynamic discounts" and "inventory adjustments".
OGLMove has replied to my concerns and provided an explanation (see their response below). I accept that explanation. However, I would be much happier if the prices in the shopping cart reflected the currency denominations. This is standard practice and would avoid all confusion.

After double-checking everything, I can confirm that the correct price should be the first one shown in your screenshot if you were paying in USD. The other prices you saw were caused by automatic currency switching, which can vary based on location.

The first screenshot shows USD currency with the 15 percent discount applied
The second screenshot shows AUD currency with the 15 percent discount applied
The third screenshot shows AUD currency with no discount applied
We completely understand that this is confusing, and I’ve passed your feedback to our marketing team so that currency display can be clearer and easier to understand in the future.
