file a claim if you need a response
Items were advertised to be shipped out the same day and to be delivered in 2-3 days. 10 days of silence after my order. No response to instant chat/phone call/e-mail to support. Website was showing my order is unfulfilled. I was sure of a scam and filed a claim with PayPay. Within minutes came a reply to the claim containing tracking number. It turns out the items were shipped out and delivered on time, but the order on website was not updated and tracking info was not provided for 10 days. The lack of proper communication cost me $132.98.
