Worst Company Ever! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I received my 7.5 dosage yesterday (it came hot). I was not sure how much to put in the syringe and never received a response. I have tried to "chat" with the doctor and emailed them at least 25 times. I was just told that I was not showing as a paid user and I need to complete the checkout again---I already paid it! One simple question - no response.

I changed my mind before any meds were…

I changed my mind before any meds were dispensed. Before Doctor approval. Within 24 hours. They charged me a fee. Approximately 25% of the drug cost. They call this an administrative fee. This isn’t disclosed upfront, but in the depths of their web page. The website is one of the poorest - in terms of openness. Buyer beware.

SCAM

I have been waiting for days now for someone to reply to any one of my NUMEROUS messages. I've been trying to "chat" with my doctor, and nothing is going through. I have been trying to reach out to billing OR even just someone in customer service, and I feel like I have been completely ghosted.
If you use this service, you should know it's likely you are losing your money and you have NO way to contact them because they refuse to give out a phone number.
