Absolutely in love with my purchase for my great niece, it's beautiful. Quick delivery and Francesca kept me updated with it's progress all along the way. Brilliant experience! This bear means a lot to me and hopefully it will do to my great niece as grows up as she never got to meet my dad and he was so excited to her but unfortunately he passed just before she came into the world. So this bear will make sure he's in her life and help her understand when we talk about him. Over the moon,thanks so much 😘 xx

What I got was beautiful. Although one of my elegant had the wrong picture. Some how only 2 of the 3 pictures I submitted was used.
Iordered 3 different stuffed animals. 2 elephants and the owl. The owl has the wrong picture. It did not have an invoice in the box, so until now I didn't know how to contact your company.

Brilliant gift, really nice touch of adding in the note in the box for delivery, they keep you updated very well too. Such a great gift and I’m sure my mum will be very happy with it

I want to say thank you for my order. After losing my mother this year, I wanted to give my granddaughter a little something to hold on to. When I opened up the box, I just cried. The gift is perfect. The little rabbit is so so soft.

The bunny I ordered for my son came in a great time frame and was absolutely beautiful. My son has slept with it every night since he received it and it is a wonderful way to keep his pop pops memory alive and to have a little piece of him everywhere he goes

I knew the bear was going to mean a lot to my husband but I didn’t expect him to cry. Our son had passed away from a very traumatic freak accident and passed the day after turning 5 months old. I found OhMyValentine and saw their product and knew that it would be the perfect gift, something my husband can hold when he’s missing our son since he didn’t get to hold him that much. The pictures turned out fantastic! The animals are so soft! I wish they were just a little bigger but overall I cannot complain at all. What a special item they offer. Do yourself a favor and order one. You will not regret it!

The sloth and unicorn I purchase for my nieces turned out beautifully. I hope it makes there Christmas a little better with a hug from Grandma.

I saw your work advertised on social media, I didn't even hesitate to click the link and have a nosey and I'm so glad I didn't.
Within minutes I'd chosen my bear and photograph and placed my order.
When my bear arrived, I was in tears holding it, after recently suffering a huge family loss, I know this bear when gifted on Christmas day will be very much cherished forever.

Absolutely love the cuddle from heaven products. I was surprising shocked about how perfect they are.

The product was great and very happy with it although the delivery time was a bit long (wasent the estimated time) however that could be expected with the time of year. I would highly recommend products from this company and hopefully there delivery time improves or be more organised as a person and order your item sooner giving plenty of time to receive the package before the desired date I was also pleased with the constant updates on there progress with getting the item made and delivered it would have been a 1 star based on delivery but I'm soo happy with the product that it was well worth the wait and was better than I expected

I ordered 2 different bears and when they arrived they were perfect- the pictures were clear and they are both just adorable. Customer service was top notch- I received 5 email updates stating why my order was running a little behind. Once shipped, it took a little bit, but that's because it can take awhile for items to go through customs. I suggest giving yourself roughly 4 weeks before you need the bear. I will be ordering from this company again and have nothing negative to say about them! They even included a personalized note and candy in my box

I ordered 5 different bears and had 5 different pictures on.
I ordered them has Xmas gifts in October and arrived in November I didn't expect the delivery to be that quick.
The bears are lovely quality.
You can choose a different bear for different people and put the picture and words you want on them.

Francesca, my, what a beautiful company you have created. I ordered two animals for my brother and his daughter (my niece) after the loss of our mother/grandmother. The images turned out wonderfully and the animals are cute, cuddly and a great way to memorialise her. I cannot wait for them to see their gifts on our first christmas without her.
