I ordered my owl a few weeks before Christmas. I lost my mum in September and I saw an advert for Oh my valentine on social media. I knew this would be the perfect gift for my sister. I was concerned I hadn’t left enough time to get it delivered in time for Christmas. However the updates I received were helpful and ultimately if it hadn’t arrived in time that would have been my fault for leaving it so late. The owl was delivered on Christmas Eve and I on Christmas morning I got to see how happy my sister was with this beautiful memento to our dear mother. The quality is exceptional and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Order today, you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love oh my valentine. I purchased a lion for my 3 year old granddaughter with a picture of her and her mam on it. Sadly her mam died when she was 5 months old, but now she has this beautiful lion to cuddle. The quality and attention to
detail is exceptional and I have been asked where I got the lion from. I would highly recommend this company.

Placed order on 6th December as a very special gift for Christmas but I have still not yet received my order, nor any updates other then order confirmed. Said guarantee for Christmas but still not arrived. Contacted customer service 3 times and not got a reply at all. Absolutely shocking seem happy to take money but not follow through on order or even with an update or reply

My gift for my nephew was exquisite. A little small in size, but the workmanship and quality was excellent and the note attached was right on time for me, as I am grieving the loss of my husband and really needed that note

Ordered a bear for my daughter who lost her dad a few months ago few weeks later she had her first child. I got a picture of my daughter with her dad and added her daughter to the picture. When I opened it I cried it's so beautiful I know she will do the same on Xmas day when she opens it. Thank you so much for putting all 3 together xx

I was very wary of this site and at one point I thought I had been scammed. But how wrong was I! I placed an order in November and received it 20th December. I was informed of the process of my order every week I didnt have to contact them. I was so glad I didn't cancel 😊 My mother in law died in August and I had 3 done for my daughters with their picture and their Grandma. I certainly shed a few tears. I was so happy with them. I would certainly order again and recommend this company. Just have a little patience over delivery it's only a small company and it does take time.

Placed an order on Nov 18th to ensure it would be here in time for Christmas. It's now Dec 21st and I have still not recieved my order and will have to run around to find last minute replacements for my family members to open on the day until these arrive. Very sad about this experience so far as I had really high hopes for these items on Christmas morning.
