Shipping Costs

I had a great experience with Oh Polly’s customer service.
I needed to place two separate orders (one pre-order and one regular item), which would normally result in paying shipping twice. After reaching out, the team was incredibly helpful and understanding, and they kindly refunded both shipping costs as a goodwill gesture.
A special thank you to Lauren and Low for their support, really appreciated!
Fast, kind and solution-oriented service. This definitely made me feel valued as a customer

Excellent Customer Service and Quick Resolution

I had an issue with receiving my parcel, but fortunately Oh Polly helped me resolve it quickly. After contacting the brand, I received a prompt response and effective support. It turned out that the package had been lost in transit.
Oh Polly offered me either a replacement or a refund. I chose to receive a new dress and I’m very happy with the outcome. I can’t wait for it to arrive.

Possibly the best customer service ever

Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received from an online retailer.
All dresses were true to size, fantastic quality and delivery was very fast. Had an issue with one of my items and the issue was solved within 1 hour and on a Saturday! Their website allowed me to edit my address after I placed the order. I ordered 4 dresses so I would hopefully love 1.. I ended up keeping 2 and the refund for the other 2 was so fast. Will order again!

I’ve had two consecutive terrible…

I’ve had two consecutive terrible experiences with Oh Polly, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious.My first order was sent to the wrong city, despite me confirming my correct delivery address and paying extra for express delivery. Not only did they fail to deliver it correctly, but I was never refunded for the express shipping I paid for. I had to personally track down and collect the parcel myself.For my second order, the situation was even worse. I waited around 3 weeks before they finally declared the parcel lost, and nearly a full month to receive my refund. This is completely unacceptable for an online retailer.To make matters worse, the “compensation” they offered was a discount code that doesn’t even work.This shows a clear lack of accountability, poor customer service, and no real effort to resolve issues properly. After two failed orders in a row, I have completely lost trust in this brand.
I will not be ordering again.

To clarify, your first order, placed on December 17, 2025, was delivered on December 23, 2025, which is within our express delivery timeframe of 2-5 working days. It was also shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

The code you mentioned was a gift card, not a discount code. As explained via email, gift cards cannot be used on pre-order items due to checkout restrictions. I'm so sorry about this!

Ordered something online

Ordered something online.
They have left it in a “safe” place, god knows outside who’s door if they did, I have came home from work to no package. They are telling me it’s not their problem and that it’s a civil matter from the point of delivery- this was never delivered mind you. Disgusting.

Loved the dress and the quality of it! The website recommended me a size 4 but after reading reviews and checking size I decided to size up to a size 6. Glad I did because it fit perfectly. For reference I am 130 lbs, 5’2 1/2, and I am a size 32DD
