Loved the dress and the quality of it

Loved the dress and the quality of it! The website recommended me a size 4 but after reading reviews and checking size I decided to size up to a size 6. Glad I did because it fit perfectly. For reference I am 130 lbs, 5’2 1/2, and I am a size 32DD

Really not happy I ordered much wanted…

Really not happy I ordered much wanted sweatshirt for my daughter’s 21st on 2/4/26. I have next day delivery and we are now 5/4/26. I do u understand it is Easter weekend but I ordered another item separately on same day and arrived next day . It was still saying awaiting dispatch therefore reached out to ask when I would receive this to be told there is an inventory issue and I would receive a refund . This is not acceptable , when was I going to be told this if I hadn’t asked and why take my money in the first place if this is the case . It also shows that item is available to buy therefore I have gone on and repurchased . Not acceptable !

Genevieve Dress - Corset wire stayed bent

We had to return a dress due to a fault and I just want to say how amazing Customer Services have been through the whole process. I spoken to a few people and every single person was so helpful and I’m really impressed how it’s been resolved. The dress was the Genevieve and this dress is absolutely beautiful just a shame about the corset. We have ordered a few items now from oh Polly and never had any issues with any dresses before and our first time dealing with customer services everything went so smoothly and no stress. Staff was very pleasant on every email. Thank you all at Oh Polly.

Terrible Taking Advantage Policies

I literally just ordered my items and accurately imported my address but once I clicked payment it disregarded my unit number. I’ve tried calling, virtual assistance, and basically if you don’t edit it within 15 mins or cancel within 15mins they’re basically taking ur money. So if it sends to the wrong address it’s my fault when I imported everything correctly, every time I order o line I always double check the address information. This is really disappointing given the amount of money one spends and that my graduation is in May don’t order from here if this is a major event for you.

I made orders for a top and a dress they acc have amazing cloth i love some of their clothes feels nice in summer as well as could wear their long leave tops under a coat in winter and they genuinely have a good material to it. i really like how the clothes lay on and look for sales girls !

** Updated review after refunding original payment method, thanks oh Polly from a happy customer who will be returning!

I ordered a number of dresses from Oh Polly for my 30th birthday as I wanted a special dress. I went away for my birthday and my delivery was sent back 15 days after it was delivered as I had to ask a relative to send back for me once I realised I would miss the return date of 14 days. I missed this by ONE day and the item was returned in 15 days. I have now been given £483 onto a gift card when i selected for this to be sent back to the original payment method. I have sent the items back in perfect condition. I now have a huge amount on a gift card that i never asked for and absolutely no way to contact anyone to try and get this refunded onto the original method. This is a huge amount of money which quite frankly, nobody can afford to keep on a gift card and i returned the items in perfect condition and they are holding my money on a gift card, for missing out on ONE day! I do not understand how they are allowed to do this

Your order was delivered on 11 March, so the 14 day refund period ended on 25 March. As your return was registered on 26 March, this was unfortunately one day outside of that timeframe.

Under UK consumer law, customers are entitled to return items for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We also offer exchanges within 14 days and store credit within 30 days of delivery for added flexibility.

As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve deactivated the gift card and arranged for your refund to be returned to your original payment method.
